THEY SELL EXPIRED FOOD PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE
We ordered delivery for grocery and a couple days later when we went to make the bacon we ordered, we saw that it expired on Aug 16th. WE ORDERED OUR GROCERIES ON AUGUST 31ST. Tom Thumb is selling meat that is more than TWO WEEKS EXPIRED. One of the most disgusting stores on earth to do this to their paying customers. If you value your health and safety just go elsewhere.

So disappointed in this Tom Thumb. I have been shopping at Tom Thumb ever since growing up down the street from the Preston & Royal Tom Thumb in the 80's. We went to this location to fill a prescription and decided to get some shopping done. There were some issues with a coupon not working (from a printed Tom Thumb receipt from the Pharmacy at that location) and the night manager Jaquie (probably not spelled right) not only told me there was nothing she could do about it but turned her back and walked away when I asked her to call someone that could. I asked for the contact info for the store director and she said that he didn't have email or voicemail and that I could come back at 7am the next day if I wanted to talk to him about it. I was so irritated that I actually just left my entire cart of groceries and went to Market Street where I had a much better experience. Lesson learned.. if you want customer service, go to Market Street.
On a side note, the lady working at the Pharmacy was actually exceptional. I believe her name was Nhi (according to my receipt).

I work at Tom thumb and I had the $1 dollar bread sourdough thanks to Felicia shannel kip michelle and Ben and it was great and I went to the deli and had great kolaches and rafala Susanna gaberela John did a great job with the kolaches hope they have more soon and the are remodeling the store good ? for dinner today I got dole bananas that feature 6 marvel female characters. Ohhh I gar on tee these lady jambalaya & lady gumbo makes me want ladies to cook at my house. I have been working for tom thumb for 10 years and people congratulate me for my work. Today is my birthday and the bakers made me a wonderful cake and the new cinnamon roll toast crunch is on shelves. Nfl star trevon Diggs is making a new bbq sauce that you can taste on your cooking skills and you could put it in the 214 sandwiches ? ? ? give this a try. These cake shooters are eazy for people that are in a hurry. 10 years ago I started working at Tom thumb and I got an award for 10 years of service. Just got the mini doritos and cheetos is has a new flavor attitude. And the cocoa and fruity pebbles crunch and iso whey are great. My lunch that I had for today was great. My birthday cake was the marvels that I got and dak Prescott jalapeño bbq sandwich for lunch. I got socal media star tameka brown's sunshine seasoning by McCormick. Fish for lunch today. had popcorn for a snack.

Not a fan of huffing and puffing from the floral department when asking for assistance. A smile goes a long way. We will not be back since its too troubling to ask for a balloon and help picking some flowers.

I know inflation is driving prices up but it is ridiculous that you are selling a helium balloon for $15! My goddess, I can buy one for $5 elsewhere.

I have shopped at Tom Thumb since 1991. The stores are clean, the produce is always fresh, the selections are wide and not limited. I like the comparison of prices for the name brands to the store brand, and most importantly to me is the staff, such as the cashier Jaylen at store #2570 today. He welcomed me, he looked me in the eye and he thanked me for a donation I made and for shopping at the store. He made my evening. Keep up the good work in hiring the best customer friendly staff.

The selection is ok but prepared to be aggressively asked for donations this holiday season. I've donated a few times already via the keypad prompt, but just uncomfortable at the associate there that gets directly in your personal space to ask you to donate in the self checkout line

No problems at this store. Just need to rant about this corporation’s price gouging. Needless markups on basic items because they think they have us over a barrel. Cases in point from today’s visit: Mellita coffee filters at nearly $9 per 100. Came home and bought them on Amazon for $3.78. When Amazon is cheaper than your store, you’re price gouging. Another: Cheerios at nearly $8. Same box at Walmart down the street: $4.89. No reason for this difference except greed.
