I’m very disappointed with the way they delivered my kid’s birthday cake. While taking the order with the instructions the gentleman mentioned that he is doing this for years and understands every instruction mentioned in the form but while picking up when I asked why it was not in the way instructed he says I should call the backer’s again to provide instructions. This is insane

Service getting bad. There are hardly any check out clerks. At customer service center always a wait feels like wasting time.

Janet from the bakery deserves recognition for being super kind. She went out of her way to help me 10 out of 10 customer service and she deserves a raise.

Hi There. Greetings. Had a fantastic experience at Tom Thumb located at the intersection of Coit Rd and Legacy Dr in Plano, Texas.
Had gone to get my new registration stickers. Mariah welcomed me warmly and quickly completed the work. It was amazingly quick.
Definitely a A+ experience. Thank you Mariah and Tom Thumb

Hate self checkouts at this store. Employees hover over you and can be rude. The meat department is not very clean items not appealing.

I like the way Tom Thumb is laid out; it just makes sense, and helps me to get in and out more quickly. I also enjoy that the aisles are wide enough to pass with another customer coming from the other way. They don’t put clunky displays that create logjams. The produce is fresh and well displayed. Easy parking lot to get in and out of. I love their milk and egg choices, too!
