Don’t ever use this pharmacy. Made me wait 30 minutes just to tell me their check out isn’t working. I am sick of the staff there. Incompetent and rude. It is surprising that this one woman still has her job. You know who you are. You the the rudest person of them all.

These guys think 8 times 5 is 30. Not once but twice. Even after mentioning the ammount the first time they got it wrong again the second time. I bet the owner pays cheap.

Terrible pharmacy this is the second time they failed to give me the prescribed amount of meds for my baby. Even after we called them the first time and brought it up. It's getting so annoying, my baby had to suffer for the weekend because they can't seem to understand how to properly fill prescriptions. They said "I guess we have a doctor bad at math here and the person double checking the amounts was bad at math too". We were told we'd get a call back but nothing happened. I'm really disappointed honestly, filling prescriptions properly is NOT something you mess around with. :(

Horrible pharmacist! Loves to argue over something she already said smh. You chose your job! It's worth driving the extra mile to another Tom Thumb or pay a higher price elsewhere from here on out.

Slow and not bright. And they even mix up patient prescriptions! At that speed!?!
Just incompetent and rude. Would rather look at the mistakes they keep making instead of helping waiting customers.
Check your prescriptions!
Was recently prescribed a very expensive medication but will be sending my prescription elsewhere. That is the only way you can make change happen, make it a capital issue.

Pharmacy is the worse,rude when they talk with customers they ignoring you pretending they are busy, out of medication most of the time they don’t even smile or greeting. Good location they need a better pharmacy crew.??

The pharmacy manager is amazing, well educated and very sweet. Several of the techs are just plain rude. I feel incredibly uncomfortable when I see them. I feel like they are very judgemental and just not friendly. I stay because of the pharmacy manager.

Incompent Location.My fiancé went to pick up her medicine, which she's been needing because of intense anxiety, and the floater there did not have the lockbox/c2 keys. and no one in the front could help with it either. Utterly Ridiculous. Cant even have someone pick up the medicine for you either, unlike other stores.

The pharmacist and the tech provided excellent service at this location. I had an issue trying to fill this prescription due medication being unavailable. They were very patient with me and explained the pricing and availability. They helped me locate the item at another area pharmacy and transferred the prescription. Thank you!

I usually come here because it's so close to the house and they usually have what I want. A big problem though is this location needs to do better about checking their stock. There's expired products still shelved for sale that should've been trashed last year. Be care when shopping here. I'd rather go to Kroger- they're also cheaper and friendlier.

The pharmacy there is near rude she doesn’t know how to answer the phone or answer any questions when I asked the price of my medication she gonna say oh if you receive a text message you should see it there with a attitude if I had to come up there I will ask for her supervisor cause she needs to be outta there

I used to work here, thinking it would be safe since they installed many sanitization policies. They disinfect the carts and baskets. They disinfect the self checkout, they take every employees temps, every employee wears a mask, and they installed those plastic barrriers at the registers.BUT, even tho there is signs every where stating 'per government order, masks are required to enter' so many people ignore the signs and come in maskless. They are walking health hazards. I would hand out free ones, because some people do forget, but I've gotten cussed out multiple times when I politely ask, "sir/miss do you have a mask you can put on please?"One man cornered me and got in my face spitting mad, saying he didnt have to wear a mask, onlyemployees do. NOT TRUE. Whenever I find a manager and let them know there's a maskless person in the store, I'm told to leave them alone and just stay away from them. PLEASE PEOPLE WEAR YOUR MASKS!You are endangering everyone around you. Or order home delivery if you have a "condition" that prevents you for wearing one.I am currently not working there because I possibly came into contact with a maskless person who had covid. I feel awful. If you care about your health, please avoid this store or order deliveries.
