Best pharmacy around. Everyone there is always sweet, kind and explains any questions you have. I’m lucky that I live so close to them. Been going there for years. Your meds will always be right there.

I’ve had to call and talk to several pharmacy employees in the past couple of months. They always answer the phone promptly, don’t talk over me to ask me my birthdate before I even get my name out of my mouth like so many pharmacies do these days. I had a complicated prescription process due to the way the doctor wrote the prescription. They were proactive and helpful, worked it all out and made sure I got my prescription at the lowest price. They also helped me transfer some prescriptions because the app wasn’t working right for me. In person the staff is also helpful and courteous. My only beef is no drive through at this location. But still five stars because face it, prescriptions can be complicated and a big expense, so having someone work with you nicely is a gift.

Trying to get pharm tech to understand my question about getting a transfer on a prescription and if insurance covered for just one med....was just not working out! I'm not foreign and spoke plainly, this individual was just not up on store pharm procedure. I gave up and called local Walmart -Coit Rd Spring Creek.

Went to the deli to grab some roasted chicken for dinner and ordered the 8 piece. While preparing the order, the person working at the deli counter moved the delicious looking pieces of chicken and selected the smallest, driest & most shriveled up pieces that were underneath. I didn't say anything at the time but will never go back for the deli. Otherwise, I like shopping at this store.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Service is always fantastic although like any other pharmacy there may be someone ahead of you. The staff is very professional and informative. Have been using for many many years and majority of staff still there, that's got to tell you something

I usually like this place but my prescriptions are never ready, even when I call in advance to tell them I am coming in. I usually have to wait 15 minutes. Also, I've noticed them a few times letting elderly people cut the line and helped them first. There is no reason for that. Everyone should wait their turn in line.

Racial profiling at its best. Hands down the worst customer service by far. Lady didn't acknowledge me whatsoever and I politely asked if her register was open. She said yup if the lights on then I am. She was to busy gossiping with her coworker. I said didn't know if you were helping her or not she said nope she works here. Expecting me to say something. Idc lady what your gossiping about. Just hurry up so I can get the heck outta here. Then she asked can I help you.... Ummm lady the 2 items I'm purchasing are ready for you to be scanned. Ha what a joke. You are in the customer service industry if you hate your job retire. Felt like I was in the twilight zone this place gave me the creeps.

Their Covid protocols have really slipped. Many of the employees don't wear masks (including checkout staff), and even two of the managers walk around with their masks under their chins. I don't feel safe shopping here anymore.

Took 40 minutes for me to just drop off the prescriptions counting from when I started talking to the pharmacist. That was before 12pm. I needed my medicine for that night and the next morning and they did not manage to fill the prescriptions before they closed at 5pm. FIVE HOURS! Some people's mental health depends on getting their medicine BEFORE they need to take it, not the next day.
