Very good service here. I try to come here whenever I have to drop off UPS packages. Here my packages seem to get sorted and get going much faster than some other locations.

Won't do business here again. Thought they would be a UPS access point to have a pkg delivered here for pick up since "UPS" is in their store name. Had to pay $15 to get my pkg.In response, you're called the UPS STORE. You SHOULD BE an access point for My Choice customers. Shows your just a GREEDY owned store about providing TERRIBLE customer service

I arrived at the store at 7 PM or a moment later, and someone was just getting to the door, ready to lock it. I was pretty sure they were going to tell me I was too late. To my surprise, she waived me in. They were very nice and efficient and not in a rush. As most are probably aware, it is hard to find businesses with good customer service in today's world. But not here, they were great!

I called a couple locations in the Frisco area but when I called this UPS, Monica answered and was so helpful and really pleasant. She reassured me that she could hold my arriving packages for my Expo Event. She kept each one safe until I arrived to pick them up and was just as helpful when I had to ship some unused items back. They are also super reasonable compare to using the event shipper. 5 star service! I will definitely use them again!

Monika carefully packed our paintings to ship to Mexico and followed along with the tracking and arrival at Mexican customs. Unfortunately, we discovered that the import taxes were going to be too much (which is not something you can find out ahead of time) and Monika checked daily on the status of tracking upon the return to us to our home in Plano and they arrived in excellent shape. She carefully repacked them again to take as checked boxes on the plane….I will definitely use Monika and her husband and son for all of my shipping needs in the future❣️

I been there on March 10 around 11:00, and I have the big furniture to return. The store manager and stuff there is really nice and professional to help me do the return process. It’s the trustable store, I wish UPS could appreciate they have such amazing employees!

Came here tonight. They are supposed to close at 12 am. It's 11:40pm and they are closed..Apparently, timing is not an issue to them even when customers have to drive to get here.
