I hate writing this cause I think they do a really great thing here but it's unorganized and some of the staff are pretty rude. It's hard getting any availability slot for the clothing and on top of that they time you 20 minutes to get clothing for you and the entire family (the number of people you are shopping for) That actually might be enough time for some people but I'm a single mother and the 2 times I've been here my Infant is in the stroller with me not to mention the 2nd time I've been here I was turned away because I wasn't on the 2 month mark from the last appointment where I was barely able to get a fraction of what a was eligable to get cause i didnt know about how it was 20 minutes. I walked out with a couple things for me and my baby the first time, nothing for my spouse and didnt even get to blankets and essentialls. If i would have known they were even timing me I would have probably not took my time having waited 2 months to even get in. I would have scheduled myself 2 months away if there was any other availabilities but if you are lucky there is 1 spot or none a month so I thought I'd go ahead and schedule before I gotta wait 3 months to even get in there. They need to fix the online scheduling that way people can respect the scheduling system more cause as of now we are shooting darts at even getting a spot to be rushed in there anyway. Nice man at the front tried to help though and didn't make me feel like I was taking advantage unlike the lady upstairs who told me very loudly how she can't help me cause I was "just here" I was pretty confused considering I really wasn't able to shop at all last time and the online scheduling needs help...

It's an excellent place!
The work they do is admirable in helping people. However, it is worth having a bad experience with the person in charge of the clothes closet, he is a rude person with a bad attitude, if you work in a place dedicated to helping, the right thing to do would be to have more patience and treat people better.
