Absolutely LOVE this place. The girls are wonderful and provide the best customer service and always help me find the perfect outfit. From purchases to exchanges and returns it’s a seamless process every time and they’re always my go to because of this.

Great little boutique. The staff was so friendly to very friendly young associates we talked and laughed about retail and they even help me pick out a new Texas sweatshirt. I would definitely recommend going to this little boutique over in the legacy shops. I may add the picture of my sweatshirt later.

I walk into this store normally the young ladies are very nice but today both where helping one lady and I was just standing looking. I mentioned a discount that was text to me the previous person Megan Saturday said she would honor it and so did Trinity however these young ladies where looking a staring the card machine did not work IT was a mess ! I got my dress however I did not feel welcomed ?. Lots of cute stuff though…

Terrible service. Walked in to purchase a dress I saw, the two young ladies working here yesterday couldn’t be bothered to greet me the entire time I was in the store & surely didn’t ask if I needed help looking for something, which I did. However, they were very friendly with one another and other non-melanated customers. It was three customers in the store (including me), so it wasn’t busy whatsoever. So brazen in fact, they breezed by me looking through racks and never once acknowledged me. Never again, I spend my hard earned money where common courtesy isoffered.

Service at this location was awful. I work at a boutique myself, and the way this store was ran is unacceptable. I was never greeted, helped, or asked if I needed anything. I tried 3 dresses on (which didn't work for me) and as I walked out, who I am assuming the manager was (short blonde hair), just looked at me as I walked out the door. No goodbye or anything. They were all just standing behind the register. I will not be back.

I called twice to ask a simple question-even asking how they were doing today before asking my question, and received the same icy reception both times from Natalie, and then Nicole. It’s a no from me. There are other places to shop where I’ll feel genuinely valued.

I’ve specifically dealt with the online customer service, but I have to say they have wonderful customer service that truly goes above and beyond! You don’t find that much anymore! I’ve always loved impeccable pig, but love them more now!

Quality of their clothing is very bad even though they have cute styles. Very bad customer service too. I bought a jacket that got a big hole on it after wearing it couple of times. Their return policy is only 7 days. they didn’t refund or give store credit and instead told me to go pay a taylor to fix it for me. Great advise!!! I would not shop here.

Great experience. The manager helped me pick out a beautiful shirt. Although I don’t like most of their clothes, the service is so wonderful from the staff that I would shop there again. The manager runs the store very well. I appreciate the precautions for Covid as well.

I love the IP and their selection is great for my aesthetic and style. Some things like their dainty jewelry and plain cotton tees are high $$$$ for the quality but then their nice clothes & dresses are reasonably priced! It’s a boutique so that’s what you get. No returns but they do let you exchange items if needed. I love this place and Brianna is especially helpful and nice. One of my go-to stores for really cute items!

Wow, the customer service here was outstanding. I came in february 28 (yesterday) right before the store was closing, without realizing they were closing! However, this did not stop the sales associates from helping me pick out the PERFECT jeans. I never felt rushed or anything! These two ladies went about and beyond to provide me with fantastic customer service. Please commend these ladies for their amazing service! I will definitely be back to shop again!
