It was a pleasant experience working with jay. Time will tell if I made the right decision. I’m not expecting miracles, but at the cost I paid for the product, I should expect positive results. But I initially enjoyed working with jay, who also had team backup support.

The worst experience ever and a complete waste of money. Don ‘t waste your money! They are under investigation for fraud!
They will take your money and run.
I spent $1500 for the inserts and when I called them back I got the run around.
Karen from the Plano store was useless. She got her commission and ran. I called several times and I got a call back from the regional manager. He was worse than Karen. They are complete scam artists.
I got no where with them. Needless to say I threw 1500 in the trash. Literally I did! I threw them away!
So I hope this helps someone from wasting their money on this sup par product !

The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The evaluation was very informational and the products performed as presented. However, the cost of the products is significantly higher than other products in the market and was beyond the budget amount that I was willing to pay.

I found an amazing location where they helped me get rid of my pain. I used to only buy shoes to alleviate my foot pain, but now I have my new supports. It's a lifestyle investment, and I now understand why all three supports are necessary. Jeff explained everything clearly to me, so I understand how to wear my supports in my shoes. I highly recommend that everyone visit and ask for Jeff.

My wife told me that her feet were hurting recently during her working days. I had heard about “The Good feet store” for some time and decided it was time for us to do good to our feet. Daniel was informative and knowledgeable and a great help in getting us started on our journey to better posture and proper support for our extremely high arches that no shoes were really equipped for.
