There is not a better realtor than Carter House. I met him at an open house just to get the feel of the area we would like to live. Finding a house was a long process over 6-7 months because we were out of town, but in Texas. We finally found a house that is great for us, as we downsize. Carter is an upbeat and knowledgeable realtor and has a good eye when looking at houses and property. His recommendations for a house inspector was just excellent and other services one would need for any house. We call Carter when a tree branch punctured our roof just after assuming ownership and he provide a quick and insightful analyses to handle this problem. His co-worker Maryanne Jolley is also excellent. We feel that Carter and Maryanne are resources for owning our home.
Carter is a 5-star realtor and recommend him to all our family and friends.

The Date network has made the buying and selling process smooth They have professionals for each step of the way. We worked specifically with Jaharri Webb. He is motivated to find the home you want. he was willing to meet us on short notice to walk through homes. He was patient with us even though we were picky and looked at a ton of house before making a choice.
