Renting from them again is a NO! Property management does not communicate. Rent went up but repairs went unnoticed. Our property manager only reach out when rent is late which we had to do intentionally to get things repaired. They also refuse to waive fees after we had to buy a new refrigerator because they won’t repair... read full comment

Do not use this company for property management. I’m still recovering from all the problems they created.

Texas Urban Living hired my company for repairs at one of their rental properties. We have yet to be paid for our service over 60-days later, and they will not respond to us. I advise vendors to stay away.
