Zach was very patient and kind in spite of a mistake on my part in organizing the pick up, even though it meant he had to work later than he was scheduled. The service was excellent. He gave me a ride to my destination and parked the vehicle exactly where it needed to be at the repair facility. Thanks Zach!

We had a flat tire on the highway and pulled over to the side. It was night time and where we parked was pretty dangerous because many vehicles were passing by so fast. Very thankfully Zack came to rescue quickly. He was very friendly and experienced, quickly got the flat tire replaced with the spare one, and helped put everything back nicely. Excellent experience with Texas Towing ! Strongly recommend for roadside service!Service: Tire change

Amazing customer service I was literally stuck in a ditch for hours and called many other towing companies and none helped. However these people came to my aid very quick and were to get me out without messing up more of my car. The best thing about them is they have a great price.

My worst experience yet! I called insurance to set up a tow, the problem was when tow truck showed up after giving all the details of why I needed a tow. The driver as well as the owner said the ramp was going to get scratched. Then they said it was dangerous, the problem was they wanted to make more money and they said they would do it for another $150. It's a big scam! Don't use them ever and everyone watch out for this guy's that are wanting to steal.
