It’s so sad that even though Dr. Maqbool is a good listener and an excellent neurologist, his nurses are VERY HARD to reach at. No phone calls, only emails. So when I needed to ask for refills for my children, the lack of clear communication and slow response adds up to the usual stress we are having already. I hope that they will improve on better communication in a timely manner.

We have always had a positive experience at Texas Child Neurology. Dr. So was highly recommended by several of the DFW and Plano Moms groups, so when our pediatrician also recommended him we felt confident in scheduling the initial appointment. He is never rushed during meetings and takes time going over any concerns we have. The staff is quick to respond to emails and messages in between appointments.

Dr Chudnow is amazing. He has taken care of my son I believe the last 5-6 years. When things are hard for us to understand the Dr always made sure we understood and he has listened to not only us, but my son as well. He is the one Dr my son feels the most comfortable around

Dr. Shah is amazing! She takes as much time as needed each appointment to discuss concerns and review progress and current needs. We are so thankful for her!

When it was time to choose who we wanted as our child's neurologist, Dr. Shareef, was the best choice. To be honest, I believe all of the doctors are great here. The staff is so kind, understanding, and very helpful. They've helped us navigate everything, giving us expert advice and recommendations. The office itself is very well kept and clean. The location itself is easy to get to. Saying thank you for all you've done for us, simply is not enough. Know that your children are always in the best hands with the doctors and whole team here.

we had an outstanding experience with Dr. So and this practice. Everyone we deal with is both professional and kind. Dr. So is so great dealing with us. we’ve been a patient with him for 15 years. We feel very grateful to him!!!

If I could give 20 stars I would. Dr Jacob was so thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. It was the best experience I’ve had with any doctor! A true rare gem in the medical field. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a pediatric neurologist!

We love Dr Shah! Our daughter has epilepsy and has seen Dr Shah for a little over 3 years. Since being with Dr Shah we have gained seizure control. She has her on medication but is also open to the natural things we do for our child.

As always, we had an outstanding experience with Dr. So and this practice. Everyone you deal with is both professional and kind; a rarity these days in medical offices. We have referred multiple friends to this group and all feel the same way! Dr. So is so great dealing with all ages… we’ve been a patient close to 10 years. We feel very grateful to him!

Dr. So is amazing! He answers all our questions, and takes the time to explain everything so well. He is the kindest doctor, and we are so happy with the care he gives our daughter. We highly recommend Dr. So and Texas Child Neurology.

Dr. Hurd has been wonderful working with our teenage son who has a migraine disorder. We left another practice to travel to see Dr. Hurd & are so very happy that we made the switch! He is patient, a great listener with both my son & our concerns. He is wonderful at providing multiple options to treatment, explaining medication side effects & benefits. We feel blessed to have the opportunity to partner with him in the care of our son!

Dr. Gossett is the best in Town. I felt in my heart he was the right one for my son to continue care with. We are blessed and happy that he is our new Neurologist. He is very knowledgeable doctor, professional, human, caring, tender hearted and funny. He knows and understands where the patient and parents are standing. He is a great listener. Dr. Gossett came highly recommended by a family friend and rightfully so. He was fantastic! He provided a thorough consultation inclusive to both our daughter and us as the parents. He was calm, knowledgeable, informative and funny. He was very gentle with our child and treated us all with great professionalism and respect. It’s great up find a provider who can normalize, educate and create comfort in what might be a highly challenging and anxiety provoking times for parents and children!

Dr. Shareef is the best. Our three year old daughter sees him and he’s very informative, knowledgeable, patient and resourceful. All of the solutions he gave us has worked 100% and he knows his stuff. We’re super blessed to have him as our daughter’s Neurologist. We always have top tier care when we see him. Definitely would recommend him

Dr. Gossett was amazing with my daughter who is 5 and autistic. She's usually afraid of men but she was hugging him a ton and being very affectionate with him. He's calm and friendly. He was very thorough and offered additional services that I have been meaning to get around to doing but have been overwhelmed with so many different appointments. He even offered telehealth for follow ups since I live 45 minutes away. I recommended a friend before we even left the parking lot.
