We have used this vendor for 4 seasons. Love the staff and customer service. Love the quality and style! Can't say enough positive! They outfit our Junior High and Varsity teams from "bow to toe" :)

My squad used this vendor who refused to give us a refund after the uniforms we received were too small. Our coach sent over the sizes and it was not what she ordered. After she contacted the company they refused to give any refund for their mistake!!! Do not recommend. Poor customer service. Now here we are at the end of our season still cheering in shorts and t-shirts!!!!

I have been a customer for a long time and I absolutely LOVE how great, kind, respectful, and humble this company is. They've went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to start our season off right! I highly recommend them and will continue to get our cheer uniforms from them! THANK YOU TC SPIRIT for having amazing customer service and always willing to help with stuff that other people screw up! You're awesome!

Ordered my daughters cheer uniform from here and paid $150. It is the cheapest material I've ever seen and looks like a 12 year old sewed it. You can see the hemline through the material! Her skirt fits in the waist but flares out so much and is way too long so we know it's just wonky design and not too big.

I give 0 stars if that was allowed I am a cheerleading coach and I have been ordering uniforms for over 15 years. Never have I had such poor quality workmanship or customer service than I had this season with TC Spirit. I have 10 girls on my squad and the parents are very dissatisfied. They did not produce our orders in a timely manner as promised( missed the first 3 games) and there was no apologies or accepting responsibility. Then, the uniforms are so off size that they cannot be worn( now we have missed 4 games). The skirts drop to the floor and if they stay on, they go past the knee. And, the bottom band of the skirt is white and you can see all the stitching it is such flimsy material. The alterations were quoted by a very inexpensive tailor to be more money than we spent to purchase the skirt. In a nutshell, we payed 150$ for a uniform that we will not be able to wear this season. Also, I ordered an extra large megaphone for the squad in July that was on back order but we were never informed. So.... come September, we don't even have the order in process yet. No one would have told us if we hadn't inquired multiple Times. Basically, they did not provide an acceptable uniform. Therefore, i emailed Tara Cox and asked for a meeting and she said I could come there this morning. I went to TC spirit to try and discuss a resolution with them on behalf of our squad and she would not take any responsibility and blamed us for incorrect measurements. She refused to take responsibility at all!!!!! She also would not agree to make it right somehow. I said I couldn't leave until I knew what different options exist to resolve the issues so I could report back to my squad. Tara's husband came in to the office as he heard me stating that this is unacceptable business practice and unacceptable workmanship and he asked me to leave. I began to cry and continue to try and discuss our options. Then, her husband told me that he would help me out of the office. I told him not to lay a hand on me and if he wanted me to leave, he could call the police or resolve this with me now. (I had already taken off work to deal with this so that we could hopefully have uniforms that fit before the weekend). They asked to see pictures of each girl in the uniform and I agreed to do my part to get them photos today of every girl in the uniform so they could see the magnitude of the problem and I agreed to bring My daughter in person this afternoon to show her my Daughters uniform since I can't even get it to stay on her to capture a photo. All I wanted was an idea of - what could be done to help us if she saw the photos and agreed they were too big to wear and cheer. They could not give me any thoughts or ideas into how we could proceed after that. We o my have 10 total football games so if it takes another couple weeks to fix the issue, my squad would be buying uniforms that could only be worn for 5 total games. They wanted us to all come in to prove to them how drastic the sizes were off, without even knowing what options exist for recourse ( basically, they already knew they would not help Us in any way). As I insisted that they talk to me about the timeline for fixing the issue or just paying for the alterations so it can be completed in A timely manner, they called the police to remove me. They even told the police I was Intoxicated and physically combative. Seriously? I was crying in a chair in their lobby!! I had also just told them that on the way to their office, I learned my father in law was in ICU so I was a bit emotional. They didn't even say they are sorry to hear about that. They were more concerned with defending themselves. I am not allowed back to their office for one year now as they gave me a trespassing warning so I will not be able to help my squad parents resolve this now. And they spent the entire time I was there blaming the parents and being defensive!!!! I took off work to meet with them to find a sufficient resolution. They have no ethics, no heart, and no integrity! This company is not Listed un
