You have 22 registers but on a Saturday in June at 5pm you have two registers open. This is a joke. This place is packed and everyone is having to line up at self checkout

Great Super Target. Stocked well and organized. All self checks were closed off, and the checker needs a lesson in how to speak to his elders. He answered my mother in law with a “yeah” when she asked a question. She asked if he removed all of the security tags from our clothing items. He just sat there and stared at us. Great store, not so great employee.

Only one employee working a register with 7 customers in line. Three working self check out and the line is back past cosmetics.
Customers in line blocking the main aisle for those shopping. Lots of employees walking around in other areas of the store but no one ever came to work a register. This means they know you are in line and they don't care. Nothing at Target you cannot buy cheaper on Amazon and you won't wait in line for a half hour to check out. IMO you should avoid the business and let it close. Another business will open and maybe they will care about customer service and hire a couple people to work the register

Target is one of my go-to stores because of the ease of shopping for all categories of products. I have been a regular Target customer for many, many years.

Good store, but now regularly has long lines to check out because it often has only one cash register open. By contrast, the Walmart across the street has solved its long line problem.

DO NOT go to this Target unless you have A LOT of time to kill checking out!
There was a line to use self-checkout, and only 3 of the 22 lanes were staffed. I had e-gift cards, so I had to use a staffed lane.
The checker didn't know how to handle them, so she called someone else (#2) who was having to type in the card number. The front end mgr (#3) strolled over after checker #1 called for his assistance SEVERAL times. He casually came over and then turned on his heel and left. All while the people waiting were very disgruntled.
I noticed #2 was having LOTS of trouble typing the numbers into the computer. I think he mumbled he couldn't see well with his glasses, so I offered to read the numbers out to him.
I ended up doing so for each e-gift card (5 of them) ... so I guess I ended doing self-checkout after all! <shaking my head in disgust>

I have had more bad experiences at this Target than any other. Today I had to wait ten minutes to check out because you were short-staffed. Lines were dragging around several check out counters. I finally got to check out. I got cash back, but instead of handing me the cash separately, it was folded inside my receipt. I also had to grab a drink (which I hadn’t asked to be left out) and another bag, as I was barely given time to collect my things and be able to leave. Somehow in this I dropped my receipt and the cash I had quickly shoved in my pocket. I didn’t realize I’d lost it until I was driving away. I drove back immediately, retraced my steps, asked the cart pusher if he’d seen a receipt, and was told to go to guest services. Then I was told to talk to the person who had been the floor lead at that time. I acknowledged the whole time I’d received the cash and lost it. He surprised me by saying they would be able to get more and even talked to the cashier about getting more out of the drawer. I hadn’t been expecting this. But he also said they needed to view the footage. So somehow it went to because I had dropped the cash in the parking lot and not in the store, I wasn’t getting it back. It didn’t make sense to me. Again I’d been honest and said I had lost it the whole time, so why offer to give more cash in the first place? What you did get is an $80 return, because I didn’t want anything from your store after that. Provide a better experience. Give me time to put my cash away in the first place. In the meantime, there are other Targets I can visit.

Target is consistent and always delivers. They have their act together. It's never a frustrating experience. Keep it up!

This doesn't deserve a single star, this target gave me a really bad time, customer service is super bad, I was paying by myself at one of the tills when this white old lady with blue eyes, white hair, approached me and she started telling me how to pay for things and how to use the bags when I never asked for help and just wanted to pay calmly, she started telling me that I had to scan other things when I was just starting to scan everything!!! So because I'm a Hispanic girl, do you think I'm going to steal an entire car of stuff? It seems disrespectful to me how this lady said to another person who worked there who was skinny, more or less tall, and had red dyed hair, she said something in her ear to make her watch me and the two ladies stopped in front to see how I scanned each thing, I felt harassed, uncomfortable, and it made me want to cry because I felt very harassed by these two ladies, I am hardly used to shopping like that so I use the bags in a certain way, but they two They simply made me feel very bad, very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone and now I am nervous about entering this target and being treated in this ugly way again, I would not recommend anyone to come to this target to receive this type of such racist treatment, just because we are Hispanic does not mean we are evil!!!!!!

Poor management, few self checkout lanes

Never have the self check out lanes fully open and they don’t staff the other lanes enough so lately the lines to check out are terrible. I’m going to have to find a new spot - lines are too long. :(

This Target is very “snobby” ? people that shop here will not give you any personal space and will rush you to move forward in line. It’s very “me first” atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful so that is a plus, along with the store being clean
