Felix is rude and disrespectful I came in with my service dog and he asked us to leave and said “does this look like PetsMart” I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a target worker especially at this location. I’ve been coming consistently a couple times a week for years but those days are over I’ll be going to the Whole Foods down the way it’s much better quality anyways.

I have called 7+ times trying to reach someone in guest services or ANY department and I have been unable to get through to a person. I was calling the report suspicious activity of a man following me throughout the store with a hood up and sunglasses on at 6:30pm. Hopefully nobody gets hurt.

They will tell you not to call back because managers and team leads are lazy. Between 11 am and now I’ve had three people tell me NOT to call the store back

DO not go here don’t even try to call because they will tell you they won’t talk to you or take your number down and no one calls you back. The loss prevention team miss handles their cases and tried to lie and guilt me as well as not submitting paperwork where I signed and stated the computers messed up. An elderly associate came to help me and told me how the system had been messing up and she had to sign back in and pull things up and they THREW AWAY or HID my actual signature page stating what happened. GOOD THING THE POLICE BODY CAMERAS HAVE SOUND WHEN HE FINALLY GOT THERE. I’ve been trying to call and talk to HR after they have taken my number several times and I’ve already spoken with customer service and have a ticket number FOR reporting the issues I had here. They treat their customers TERRIBLY at this location if I could give it less than one star I would and KEVIN FROM HR NEEDS TO CALL ME BACK

Last night, my daughter and I were shopping at target and was getting checked out by Genevieve. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was so sweet! We actually got into her lane without knowing she was closing her lane and she still checked us out. She had friendly banter with us and was overall extremely sweet. Normally, I avoid checkout lanes and just do self check out But I’m happy I didn’t last night! Such an awesome person you have working for your company!
