Have never been to this location but I was in the area and was stuck. If you go to self-checkout and you want to use your target debit and receive $40 cash back, you need to have your actual card with you. Again, I was in a bind and from previous shopping trips to my regular Target I know that if a cashier rings me up and I have them scan my phone for the app to pay I can still get $40 cash back. I walked up to an employee and asked if there were any checkout lanes open or was it just self-checkout? She walked over with me and someone was over there at the registers, looked like she was cleaning out the trash or something. She was an older white lady with a short gray haired bob. When the employee asked her if any of the registers were open as I was needing to be rung up on the register the lady said no, self-checkout is open. I immediately stated to her I'm asking about a checkout lane because I need cash back and I don't have my actual card with me but if you check me out on the register I can still get the cash back. She interrupted me and stated "no, you can use self checkout". I told her no, you need your actual card which is the reason why I'm here because I left my debit card at home. She again interrupted me and was repeating herself. I interrupted the lady and I told her I may not work here but I know for a fact that you cannot get cash back without your actual Target card in self-checkout but you can when you go to a checkout stand and have someone ring you out and scan your phone to pay with your Target wallet. As soon as I said Target wallet she was like oh I see what you're talking about now. So I interrupted her again and I said "and that is why you should never interrupt or act like you know everything". I said to her I clearly stated this the very first time I explained it to you but you didn't listen because you just automatically assumed you knew where I was going with my question. Obviously reading some of the other reviews that have been left, everybody in that entire store needs to be retrained. People need to learn how to listen to HEAR, not listen to speak.

I recently placed an order using a $15 off $80 coupon. The website displayed a pair of plain grey suit pants, but I received a pair that was not as advertised. When I attempted to exchange them for a different color, I was informed that my only options were to receive a refund or pay the price difference, without applying my original $5.11 discount. As a result, I lost the $5.11 discount due to the misleading advertisement of the pants' color.
The staff refused to price adjust, reapply the original discount, or offer any other assistance. Ultimately, I did not receive any pants and lost out on the discount.
I am highly disappointed, as I have never encountered this issue with Target before. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers. Proper training is most definitely needed at this location.
They don't do baby registry bags.

Bad service, they’re short staffed, whenever you go, you have to wait in a long line of checkout, it seems the manger doesn’t care at all …

It’s just a small local target. You need to know what it carries and doesn’t before you shop there.

I see you as a dilemma in philosophy, a question that has multiple answers, yet remains ambiguous and refuses to be explained. Every idea I put forward leads me to more questions, and every attempt to understand you takes me deeper into the corridors of perception. I can be the thinker who searches for your essence, or the perplexed person who dissolves in your details, and I can even be the wise man who realizes that some questions do not require an answer, but rather contemplation of the beauty of their existence. Will you give me the opportunity to delve into your depths, or will I remain just a mind trying to decode you? I see you as a dilemma in the science of philosophy, a question that has multiple answers, and yet it remains ambiguous and refuses to be explained. Every idea I put forward leads me to more questions, and every attempt to understand you takes me deeper into the corridors of perception. Will you give me the opportunity to dive into your depths, or will I remain just a mind trying to decipher your code?

Make sure you have plenty of time to wait in the check out line.
Most of the time they do not have self check out open and one ancient lady working check out. Absolutely RIDICULOUS to take half an hour to check out.

When checking out at the register, I was charged $11 for 2 items that were labelled "2 for $6" on the price tag. The cashier refused to change the price, paused my checkout at his lane, and told me to run to the other end of the store to take a picture of the price tag and show him, which I did. Only then did he get a manager, who just shrugged and told him to fix the price, which took several more minutes. It felt like I was in a Walmart nightmare.

Terrible self check out service. Never, ever have I been treated like a suspect of theft by buying a luggage. Don’t do that, don’t make customers feel like you’re assuming they could be pocketing things in containers by going up to them, taking out an item from their basket before asking if you could do so to check it. Rude!

Very understaffed. 1 person on register so then you have to wait at self checkout for a million years, get to self checkout and NONE of the machines take cash. Annoying!!!!!

What’s with the Taylor Swift music recently? I went twice to shop here in the past few days, both times all that was playing was obscure Taylor Swift music. Weird

Worst Target in the area. Slow, inefficient, and poor selection. Fix it or shut it down.

I visited this Target all the time when I worked in Plano. I never had a major problem. They do need to open more registers during busy hours.
