Went in to get an inspection done and was told the inspector was busy training a new hire and to come back in 30 min. When I came back half an hour later was told to come back again 45 min later because the inspector took lunch. It was very frustrating that they wasted my time.

I came here to get a state inspection they told me that their inspector was at lunch to come back in 30 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later waited 20 minutes and then the guy who's supposed to do my inspection tells me that he can't do it. And stated he is already done 25 inspiration for that particular day that is totally absurd because I came around 11:00 a.m. I am never doing business with Take 5 Oil Change I am putting them on a permanent diet. They lack honesty and integrity.

I tell all people to be careful with the type of people who work in this place: I went to do an inspection first they verify the details that your vehicle has and offer you if they have it for sale they also sell it at triple the price that is in autozoom, they invoice it they charge it before having the result of the scanner to finally tell you that it does not pass the inspection because it has a broken mica. These people seem to have no fear of God, in realizing that these actions are, having bread for today nothing more... because I don’t think we will return to all the people who do this to us.

Came by for an oil change, Jae was nice enough to let me know that I was a little early and still had good oil. Honesty is hard to find these days! Marquel was friendly and helpful as well. Decided to continue with the oil change anyways, got to take care of good people

I was there for over 30 minutes for a simple oil change. Seems like the tech thought he knew more than I led on... I wasn't rude to them but I sure bit my tongue on their knowledge of how to add oil with an additive that I brought with me, which confused them on how to charge me correctly ?. Overall the manager was there to help out, kudos to her.

I had maintenance performed on my vehicle yesterday, and I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the team. Jae, Robert, Marquel, and Rashad were all involved in the maintenance work, and their professionalism and skill were evident throughout the process. Their attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive.
Today, Friday, I followed up with a call to ensure I had the correct spelling of the names of the technicians who worked on my car. Jacob, who answered the phone, was exceptionally helpful and generous with his time. He spent about 20 minutes addressing all my queries, which extended beyond just confirming the spelling of the names. We discussed various aspects of the recent service, potential future services, and other related concerns. Jacob’s willingness to engage and provide thorough answers demonstrated a high level of customer service.
I wanted to make sure that not only the technicians who worked directly on my car were recognized but also Jacob for his outstanding support. His patience and clarity in addressing all my questions were greatly appreciated and contributed to a positive overall experience. Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and excellent service.
