From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. I have had a positive experience overall with SurScan, and I appreciate their professionalism.

I hated it. I had trouble creating an account, and I was further told to "not worry" and that it'll be fine. I was told I would get a call later that day and that it would be fixed. never received any calls. I attempted to contact the company again, called multiple time, left a voice mail and received no contact with them. I tried to contact them through my school organization and was told I would receive a phone call from the representative to fix my situation. Nope have not received anything. TERRIBLE, would give ZERO STARS

Absolutely horrible. I was forced to go through them because of my college and they never sent me my email with the directions how to go about getting my background checks through them. no one likes to answer calls or emails. when I finally did get an email back, they said that it was because they didn't have the right email and that they would fix the email and send me the stuff I need. That was 2 days ago. I still don't have anything I need, and I have a deadline. Thanks, SurScan. You suck.

I paid to have a background check and drug screen through my school. After paying I was notified I would get an email with further instructions. After a week with nothing, I emailed SurScan and was told everything was handled. After a few more weeks my drug screen had came back but still no info on background check. I then called and was told “Ohio takes a long time” and that I would receive a call back. This call never came so I called again. Finally, I’m told there’s more forms they need to email me. When I asked why I had been told two different things before and now, when I’m not compliant with my school, they decide to fill me in, I am told that I am rude and hung up on. My questions was refused to be answered unless I sat through a lecture of how to talk on the phone. Joke of a company, and the phone guy has a serious power complex.

Iwas send to a lab that was ra Very far from the zip code I gave . As usual you have only 3days to do your drug test the lab was closed due to severe weather for to of those days , I tried to contact sure scan to relay those issues the operator told me I need to reply to the appointment email with my concerns tried that no response tried to call again ,left multiple voice mails no response !

Prompt service as soon as I walked in. Didn't even have to ring the bell. Professional, prompt service. Was in and out in 10 minutes. The entire staff were completely professional and pleasant to deal with. This place was kind of hard to find though due to street construction.

This place had 2 bad reviews so it made us a little skeptical to go there. But they must have took charge of their bad reputation by the time we got there. Walked in with no appointment. It was quiet Thursday around 3pm. My daughter was required to be drug tested for her Certified Nursing Program offered through her high school. They let both of us go back. They filled out paperwork, asked her a few questions & handed her a cup to pee in. We were seated at a desk in a large room that had two bathrooms directly behind us. Upon returning with her sample she was instructed to place the cup directly on a bullseye matt. The young lady working with us put on gloves, screwed a lid on, put a sticker across the top and placed it inside a special bag that sealed shut. We were there 20 minutes. Everyone who worked with us was knew what they were doing and was friendly & professional. I'm a huge fan of customer service and I wouldn't have given SurScan 5 Stars if I didn't have a 5 Star experience. Definately will go to this location again when needed.

The lady was on the phone when I walked in. I rang the bell and she spoke loud enough without opening the glass to tell me she would be with me shortly. She was on the phone with a personal friend or family. I had drove over an hour and half to get there and needed to void. The lady wouldn't acknowledge that I was there all the while I was pacing the waiting area needing to go bad!!! After 20 minutes of hearing this rude lady talk to whoever, I opened the door and starting walking to the restroom and she proceeded to be rude as HELL!! I told her I was about to have an accident and I needed to go badly. Find better people that understand not everybody can hold their urine.

Were gone before closing time the evening I came in. I had to tell my school and they talked to them that night. The following morning they were very rude to me. I avoided a confrontation but I will never come here again if I can help it. Clean facility, terrible person skills.
