I was looking for a suit to wear to a wedding and Sachin was the associate assigned to help me. I am short (5’3) so it’s difficult for me to find formal clothes that can actually fit me. I decided to go the custom route and Sachin was extremely helpful in getting all the measurements and deciding what alterations would look best for my build. 10/10 would recommend doing a custom suit, the process was a great learning experience and Sachin made it really enjoyable!

I came to SuitSupply based on the excellent reviews and a personal recommendation from a friend who praised both the quality of their products and the exceptional service. My first visit on September 10th for a tuxedo fitting was great—Robert did an excellent job helping me feel confident for my wedding. However, when I returned today, October 3rd, expecting my alterations to be completed as promised I was handed my tuxedo from the completed section, only to discover that no alterations had been made. The pins from the initial fitting were still in place on both the jacket and pants.
I paid a significant amount of money, expecting not only high-quality products but also the level of service SuitSupply is reputed for. On top of that, I live outside of Dallas and had flown in specifically for this fitting, expecting it to be done as promised. Now, I am forced to make an additional trip back to Dallas, which is both inconvenient and costly. With my wedding only a month away, this is the last thing I needed. I was hoping to cross this off my list by now, but instead, I am left with an unnecessary source of stress. At this point, I’m not sure if I will purchase from SuitSupply in the future, as this experience has caused more stress than it should have. Needless to say, I am deeply disappointed. This is not the service I was promised or expected from SuitSupply.
10/31/2024 UPDATE:
I just wanted to come back and give an update. A huge shoutout to the store manager, Austin! He had called me soon after the above situation occurred and took charge. He made sure everything was done and even went above and beyond with it. He was super helpful and made sure I received the service that I was promised! Thank you, Austin!

Karim was friendly and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me several options that met my criteria. He explained why he made certain suggestions and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something I did not want.

I came in right when Suit Supply opened to get a suit for a wedding next weekend. Austin was extremely helpful, kind, and great at his job. He was very efficient with my time without making me feel rushed at all. He guessed the correct jacket, pants, shirt, and shoe size on the very first try but was happy to humor me by letting me try on some other jackets.
The suit is great quality, affordable, and the customer service here is unmatched. Do yourself a favor and buy your next suit here from Austin and Suit Supply!

I went into the store on a whim yesterday. It's not the kind of place I would normally go to. I spoke with Sachin and told him I don't know anything about the process there or how I would go about getting started. He took his time explaining to me how they work. He showed me examples of jackets and what to look for regarding the material and fit. I tried a few on. I was surprised that, while not cheap, the jacket I looked at were not as expensive as I had assumed they would be. I'm looking forward to going back and picking some things out upgrade my wardrobe.
