This Stephen's location had been my go-to for 10+ years when I previously lived in Plano, so when I moved back to the area in late 2021 it was a no-brainer for me to rekindle the relationship. They haven't missed a beat! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and my clothes are always ready on time as promised. I might use a discount cleaner for bulkier items, but this is where I always go for clothing I'd wear to the office or on a date.Service: Organic dry cleaning

don’t typically write reviews. However i’d like to give a shout out to the staff of this cleanersIt was my third time to be here to pick up my cleaners and the staff remembered me and she went above and beyond to help me , had my daughter in the car , she brought my clothes out also help me with pay memt and everything .Can't thank them enough for the great customer service they heve here.

Our curtains came 4 weeks after the original day they said we would get them back. Do not pay them in advance or they will take forever to get your items back to you. Customer service at its worst

I have used Stephen's for almost a year now and I am extremely happy - especially with the customer service. Olivia in particular is exceptionally thorough and extremely detail oriented. My last cleaner had used collar supports to keep the shirt collars from breaking and becoming floppy - when I came to Stephen's I asked Olivia if these were available there and that I'd pay the premium for them. I mentioned it one time and she's never forgotten and always checks my shirts when they arrive to see that cleaning, repairs, and any special instructions are taken care of. If they're not, she sends it back for me before I even ask. I know that everyone there is very good and the quality - which from previous reviews might have been questionable in the long ago past, but never have I had an issue with them. That said, Olivia really is the star of the show - always a big smile and a friendly hello for anyone walking in the door. She has a great memory for faces and names, and she treats everyone like they're the #1 customer for the shop (I've stood in line and watched her turn grumpy people coming into the store into happy people with big smiles leaving the store). In today's world of machines and customer service nothing short of nightmares, Stephen's Cleaners is always customer first and exceptional in value. I'm still shocked that my bill is less every week than it was at my last cleaners - better service, super friendly people, and very affordable. It is me again and the next round with Stephen Wanless the owner and absent manager of the cleaners. I have changed to Charlie's Cleaners on Alma and McDermott they are 1.25 cheaper on shirts, 1.00 cheaper on blue jeans and equal on starched and folded sheets, this is their RACK RATE. The service is much better at the counter and I met the owner in person. This owner is not hiding behind the shirts of the pretty counter ladies to avoid conflict, and he honors coupons and gives itemized receipts (OMG). Mr. Wanless is holding me hostage and will not return $450.00 dollars in garments. It is hard to walk away from because I am now retired and on a fixed income. I doubt that I ever get the clothing back. If you live in Plano, Allen or north please stop giving Wanless your business, he is feathering his nest at the disregard to his employees, and customers. The man will suck the lint out of your pockets to get the last penny. Head over to Charlies tell them that Plano Jim sent you, home pickup, better prices, easy to setup an account. And an honest owner that will call you back if there is a problem. Say NO to Stephens Cleaners, or get your shot to protect you from poor service, high prices and lint scroungers.

I took 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants to get cleaned on Mar 18 and was told they would be ready on Monday the 22 after 5 PM. On the 22nd I went to pick up my dry cleaning and was missing my shirt. The person behind the counter said I only brought one item, so I showed her my receipt. She said well its not in the system I can't find it but got my number and advised that she would have the manager call me on Tuesday when she came in. Tuesday the 23rd, no call. Wednesday the 24 I call the store and speak with the manager, she states that it was sent back and she "found it" so I can come in and pick it up. I stopped in and got my shirt but kept getting different excuses from her. This was the last straw. My family has used Stephens cleaners at that location since the 90's, and they just lost several loyal customers.

Brought in two sport jackets for dry clean. Got the jackets back on-time and look nice. They even handed a signed check that I left in one of my jackets' pocket which I thought I lost and did not know where it was.

I moved to the area from out of town recently...and started bringing my work clothes and my wife's...I was just so relieve to see that their prices are so affordable, for a High end Dry Cleaners that has such good quality and Amazing Costumer service! Was greated with a Smile...turn around was super fast...Everything looked wonderful...and on top of that, they always help you out with your clothes to your car! I ve been there several times now...and just love it. Keep it up Stephen's cleaners! I highly recommend it.

It is the worst cleaners I had seen in my life when I asked for your supervisor or whatever the answer is there no body above to talk or listen to your claim which have damaged my paint with chemIcal and created several holes in my paint but do not accept their responsibility while they have insurance for this kind of damages so it is terrible cleaner I will never gO to this place I am telling you do the same before you get in my situation

Brought a jacket in to repair 2 holes and then cleaned! OMG! It looks like a 2 year old sewed it! Looks much worse then what it looked like before. Definitely cannot ever be worn again. Manager was arguing with me that I don't have to pay for repair but I have to pay for cleaning. How does that make sense when it can never be worn again? I said keep the jacket and donate to Good Will. Very dissatisfied after coming here for 15 years. Wondering if new owners since previous work I had done was much better .follow up: well it's been 3 days now and no one has contacted me about this review or the dissatisfaction expressed in the store. Wondering if they even care.
