We accidentally ordered the wrong model of our trampoline mat and they were amazing in helping us figure it out - return the old one and get the right one shipped. Our children are going to be so thrilled to have their spring free back!!!

My kids loved and played hard on our trampoline for 7 years. Then the net started to tear. This company has the best customer service ever. I have my new free net up and we are back to jumping. Thank you!

Hesitated to buy because of the price, but loved the safety ratings and it is used every day. Well worth the cost, wish we purchased sooner.
