Came in and they were fast and efficient! They explained the problem to me and even gave a detailed explanation of how the car works and why it needed to be done. Got quoted a reasonable price and was in and out in under 2 hours.

Integrity above reproach. After having an auto parts store person install a new battery yesterday, he connected a tester and told me that I needed a new alternator. I called several places and Spring Creek’s pricing was the best. I dropped the car off this morning to have it repaired. A little later, I received a call from Rabear letting me know that the battery terminals were not tightened completely and that my alternator tested good, so I did not need a repair. He could have easily sold me a new one and I would never know the difference. Very professional. I will use them for all my auto repair needs in the future. Highly recommend.

I had a battery installed the day before, by an auto parts store chain. They “ran a test” that indicated I need to quickly replace the alternator. I did some looking around online and found multiple reviews on Spring Creek Auto Repairs . I called and spoke with Robear and agreed to drop it off this morning. He called a few hours later advising the battery had a loose connection and no repair was required. Very honest place of business. We will use them for all future car repairs! Great place and Robear is very professional. All around great experience!! Highly recommend!!

I’m a woman. I came in for an oil change - only an oil change. They did an oil change but they also took everything out of my glovebox to pull my cabin filter out and offer to put a new one in for $45. They must pull this with women. Two stars for putting my new registration sticker on. Go somewhere else

We went to have them inspect a car I was considering buying. They did a thorough review and found a small issue. They were very friendly and helpful. We’re from Austin and didn’t know anyone in Plano so they really did a good thing for us.

This is one of my favorite mechanics of all times. They explain everything throughly. They are priced reasonably. Anytime my little Ford Fusion has a problem I run straight to them to get it fixed. You normally can’t trust mechanics but I trust these guys wholeheartedly. Give them a try! I’ve been dealing with them since February 2024.

This is a shop that performs the requested work, and DOESN'T go looking for more problems to tack onto the bill. You can get an oil change, brake check, or state inspection without getting pressured to replace air filters or top off fluids for ridiculous prices. If you ask them to check other things, they certainly will do so. I've been visiting this shop for many many years, and I fully intend to keep doing so.

Ray was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from the get go! I was quoted $1,700 from another local shop for a wheel bearing replacement, and Ray was honest with me and got it done for less than $600. Honesty goes a long way, and the fact that they were quick and transparent was an added benefit! I’ll be taking my car to Spring Creek Auto Repair exclusively from now on!!

Worst experience. I brought my car so they could scan it and explained the issue the car had and the response I got was “So? what do you want me to do? I don’t know what to tell you” in such a rude way
