“On September 28th, my mother and I visited the store to learn more about finding the right shoes for working out. We had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who was absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours in the store, each trying on four different styles. Dylan was incredibly patient and conducted a foot scan for both of us, educating us about the importance of proper fit for comfort, balance, and alignment during exercise. Since I’m new to working out and proper shoe fitting, Dylan took his time with both my mother and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. I will definitely recommend this store and Dylan to anyone on their fitness journey.”

“Really nice place, they've even carry things those big stores like Scheels doesn't have. Organized and neat, and it's a nice store.
The only thing that really bugged me was the cashier asking me if I want a membership. Even though it's a one time payment, I really don't come here enough to make it worth it, and the cashier kept asking if I wanted a membership even when I said no at least 3 or 4 times, which was frustrating because I only needed one thing.
Overall, it's a nice place, and they've got some great inventory. I know it's their job, but I wish they were less pushy about the membership, as it left me feeling frustrated after my visit.”
“I brought in a broken club today, looking to replace the shaft. Instead of high grossing me like the PGA store tried to do, he took a few mins. and gave me options; spend x$'s rebuilding your club or I can sell you one just like it for less. Of course, I opted for the complete club. Not to besmirch the other place, but their minimum to change the shift and grip was at $100. Clubfinders can do it for way less and always have a comparable shaft in the moderate price range.”

“A very nice young man by the name of Evan assisted my wife and I yesterday. He exhibited service I have not experienced in a very long time. He was not only friendly and courteous, but he offered to go to the back and look for additional sizes, without us asking him to do that. We mentioned that we were Clemson fans and he offered us coupon codes without us asking for that. He saw that the dressing room was not tidy so he cleaned it up and honestly apologized. Just a very good experience. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt like we had gone back in time.”

“Great experience! I am a retired Marine, and an avid outdoorsman. I have been wearing Filson clothes and carrying Filson bags for more than 30 years. I don’t buy items because of a name on the tag. I buy items that are quality, that hold up stand the test of time and have a company that will stand behind their product. I have never been let down by Filson products. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am a believer in giving praise when it is justified. On a recent visit to the Plano, Filson store, the manager Natashia Barkins went out of her way, and spent several hours helping me with a couple of issues, hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Natashia, you’re the best.”
“Nice employees and very organized / clean. Sadly the reason for my visit was unsuccessful as this location doesn’t carry or in my case, buy lacrosse equipment. But again, very friendly younger staff that did try to point me to their McKinney location. I appreciate that they tried to help. “I read the other low star reviews and don’t understand why there are so many. I was just there. There were 4 employees that were working when I arrived. I had called in before I made the drive to check and see if they had a shoe available. They told me they would hold it until 8pm tomorrow. I arrived a few hours later. I asked if they had another pair in the same size. They didn’t. So I also got one of the last pairs in a size up as well. I had a 15% discount coupon and the employee was ok with me splitting my total between 2 cards. Asked about another shoe while I was there and he let me try the pair on. I only tried one on and realized it was a bit too snug. Employee was cool with me and my friend who accompanied me as we also asked questions about other shoes we saw. I will definitely return to this store. I had gone to the one in south lake and the one inside Grapevine Mall and didn’t find what I was looking for. Next time I won’t go as far and just stick to this location and Allen location. Employees made me feel like I was at home and were ever so helpful. Didn’t rush me on anything.”

“There were quite a few employees there. So even though there were a number of customers, I was helped within a couple of minutes. Spencer did a fantastic job using the technology and tools they have and explaining them to me. He also did a great job picking shoes that I liked, and that fit well. He did not do any kind of a hard sale on me. He offered to have me try insoles because I have a very hard arch. I tried them and loved them. Will definitely go back again and recommend this location to my friends. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to Nothin’ Bundt Cakes!! My shoes to exercise followed by delicious Bundt cakes. ???”
