Carlos was a huge help in trying to get a new phone today and very patient even close to the store closing. I really appreciate his customer service made me feel better after talking to att&t that were rude but finally got everything I needed and chatted very awesome guy highly recommended area!

Horrible service!
I placed and order to buy an Iphone over the phone w Spectrum, and I had to drive to that store to show some documents and they didn’t eant to help me at all!!! It’s very mean make a customer drive and they doesn’t eant help, I’m sure because they wouldn’t get any benefit because they didn’t sell the phone! Very bad! Not recommended at all!

I went to this store Saturday June 1 to ask a question about adding my Apple Watch to a plan. I entered signed in and waited, waited, waited, other people were not signing in and lining up in a queue. After 20 minutes I asked one of the associates if they were using the sign in list. He (Kevin) looked up and said yes. But, he and the other gentlemen were not. They were taking customers as they lined up not understanding that it was not fair to the rest of us that followed the process. When it came to me, Kevin asked how he can help. I asked him my question and he told me he could not help me, and the watch could not go on the plan because my other watch was tied to my account. So I asked about a separate plan, he said they cannot do that either. Not sure if that is true, but he was very short and very inpatient with me and in my opinion a little unprofessional. He and the other person did a poor job managing the load. True it was very busy, but they could do better communicating with the customers keeping everyone in the loop, and explaining how to sign in to prevent any issues. Additional training needed.... Thank you.

I was not looking forward to buying a new phone when mines completely stopped working BUT Carlos was such a great help and super patient with me. I selected the phone I wanted and didn’t feel pressured at all. Definitely recommend this location
