I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Fernando at Spectrum, and I must say, it was a top-notch experience! Fernando's knowledge and assistance were spot-on. He not only answered our inquiry but did so with expertise and a friendly attitude. His help made everything easy and efficient. I was really impressed by his professionalism and customer service skills. Overall, my time with Fernando at Spectrum was fantastic, and I just wanted to give credit where credit is due!

My first visit spectrum company send my husband to get a phone that he like for a free line to try spectrum mobile and he told the employe and the employe look at him weird and told him he needs to have a Driving license to do that instead of offering for help and my husband told him yes then my husband ask which phone can I get and the employe should him and my husband told him how much will I be paying monthly and the employe didn’t even explain he just told him it says right their and walked away

Always have been taken care of with utmost respect and professionalism. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is the lack of employees and the wait time due to it.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the excessively long waiting times I have experienced while seeking service at your establishment. On numerous occasions, I have found myself waiting far beyond reasonable expectations, leading to significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.

After a horrible experience with another provider I had the privilege of speaking to Diane our of South Carolina to set up service and she was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed despite me trying to rush her because I was at work. Because of my schedule she said lets get you going so you can have service in the next 2 days and will call you on your lunch to set up your phone line. Now I was not going to get a phone line because I already have amazing service but because she was so kind and professional I added a phone line. She is what customer service should be. I hope Spectrum reads this and gives her some acknowledgment.
