I had a wonderful customer service experience at Spec’s thanks to Amereca! She helped me find everything I needed and also checked me out. She smiled the entire time and never broke eye contact, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made this the best visit I’ve had at Spec’s. Thank you, Amereca!

The cashier was very polite and patient when I had to pay by phone tap and the reader was not working at her current station. Even a little kindness goes a long way.

Staff is always nice, except the guy who offered to carry my bottle to the counter since i had a bout on my foot and when I got there it wasn't there. Prices are always on point. They always have people giving samples of Liquor I tried a different Casamigos and it was smoother than I expected.

It was my first time going to SPECS. Initially it was a good experience with someone asking me if i needed help. When I got in line, we were all treated like it’s was an elementary school line, being told where to go and where to stand. Never had this experience before. When it was my time to go to the register, someone unknowingly was in front of me, so I was patiently waiting behind him. When I heard another register opened, I walked up to the register to be “told” once what to do, I was told I couldn’t do that. Then I was asked if I had cut the line. I said no. I was then advised I had to go to the back of the line as if I was some child. Mind you the line was very long. I left my stuff at the register and advised I would NEVER shop there again and walked out. I will be sending an email to cooperate regarding my experience. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a public store.
