Very friendly folks and our dog seemed happy to go with the caregiver, they seem good with dogs. I'm not sure that the dog's get the amount of outside time the employees claim, especially on the weekend. They do have cameras that are available.

Great boarding service, I left my cat with them for a week and she was well taken cared of. She got her own room and individual play time with them. Daily progress reports were sent with pictures of her. Staff is friendly and Lauren was very helpful.

Glad to finally find a good grooming salon after our past experiences with other places. Layla looks amazing! Groomers came to speak with us personally, and are very knowledgeable and energetic. Staff were extremely polite. We'll be bringing her to daycamp soon, and are excited from what we have seen.

I've brought my dog here for a year but service has really dropped off. Shop is unwilling to correct a mistake the groomer made that would have taken them 5 minutes to fix (eyelash trim - my dogs eyelashes have gotten to be 3 inches long because they keep forgetting to trim them - even though I asked multiple times). I wanted to bring him up the next business day so they could just trim the eyelashes and the manager Shep kept giving me times that I already said I couldn't do and was completely unreasonable. They wouldn't even let me bring him in at the very end of the day for a quick trim. Would only offer times that I already said were not an option. It's more important for his people to get off on time than to fix a mistake that they made which would have take 5 minutes. Their time is obviously much more important than mine.

Been coming here for a year but service has really gone downhill. Last few haircuts have been mediocre, and this last time they didn't do the one thing that I specifically asked them to make sure to do and were unreasonable when I asked them to fix it. It would have taken them 5 minutes. They wouldn't fix something because their groomers had to leave right on time and couldn't stay even 5 extra minutes to fix...even though it was their mistake. Manager is rude and unreasonable. Not worth putting up with this. And it isn't the first time. I think they have a lot of turnover. Also, they make you sign a long waiver that basically says they are not responsible for ANYTHING that happens to your dog.

Friendly staff. They are genuine and caring. I take my cats there when traveling. Glad to have a place I can trust.

I've dropped my furry friends off here a few times, and they're always very well taken care of. Staff is extremely friendly, the day-camp has three REALLY big yards my dogs can run around in, grooming services, and it always smells quite nice every time I am in there. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My dog Gunner goes to dog daycare here. It is so nice they have huge turf yards to run off energy and not get muddy.

My dog enjoys daycare here, he’s always excited when we walk in. Staff is very friendly. Only disappointment is the place is looking a little rundown and is getting a bit smelly.

I would give this place a 0 if I can. Do not take your dog to this place, if you value your pet's safety. Dogs are part of our family and I expect a place that help us take care of our dog to be trust worthy. My dog was viciously attacked at Pet Palazzo! His throat was lacerated that required 7 stables, several different area stitches, and 2 weeks of antibiotics. The staff told us that it was an accident and when we asked for camera footages, they just told us that the other dogs were covering all angles to tell what really happened. Instead investigating the truth of the incident and trying to prevent it from happening again, they are more interested in covering up their liability. Dont know how they are still in business

when I first boarded my dog, I was told by your staff that he would get a cot for the boarding at $75, whether I brought a blanket or not, and it wasn't a bed! when speaking to your staff they told me he had a cot and it was hidden, there wasn't one in his room. so I was lied too as well. Yes my dog is like my child.

We boarded our two puppies for 6 days over the 2023 Christmas break. We left a new bag of food. When we picked them up the bag was almost empty. Here are the things I find odd. 1. They are both 4-5 pound puppies and have never eaten that much food in 6 days. 2. One of the pups lost weight and was lethargic when we picked them up. 3. For 3 days after we returned home they both ate an entire bowl of food every time one was placed in front of them. They ate as if they were starving. 4. I checked their cameras a few times while we were on vacation and I never seen anyone's pets in the play areas. I suspect everyone's pets were neglected due to the holidays. I also suspect they either dumped our dog food out to appear as if they had been feeding them or they gave our dog food to other people's pets.

The worst pet day care ever. If you want your pup to be locked in a room all day, this is the place. They did not even bother to give him the food we provided for him. Called the reception and manager but they did not bother to do anything they were supposed to. DO NOT go to this business.

I am usually not a person to leave reviews but I decided to this time since my experience was really bad. When I boarded my 7 month old pup, I had prepared his lunch, breakfast and took his toys, water and pee pads. Everything seemed good before boarding. I had access to his room camera and could see he wasn’t being fed the breakfast I had home-cooked and left at the front desk with instructions. I was out of town and called in seeing this, however the front desk told me they gave him the breakfast which was oatmeal however i could clearly see in the camera that the food in my pup’s room was red in color (his lunch/dinner) while oatmeal is white. They were adamant about having fed my puppy oatmeal which wasn’t true. Initially the staff mentioned it won’t be a problem to spoon feed my pup but when I called in that morning since he hadn’t eaten, they said they are “too busy” to do that. I understand you get busy but you should have mentioned that when I brought him in for boarding. Their GM called me to apologize and said he will personally look into it that my pup will be given his breakfast, mind you at this time it was already past 9 am when breakfast is fed at 7 am. I decided to give them another chance after the call from their GM, then I saw on the camera that my pup was taken out to their small yard for a potty break, I could see my pup trying to engage with the staff but the lady who took him on the break clearly kept turning her back on him. After 5-10 mins, she put a leash on him and “dragged” him inside. He’s a small pup and they could have clearly carried him to take him inside if he wasn’t willing to go in. I made sure my family member took him home in the next few hours after seeing this. I had initially booked an individual play time session for him (which is $16 for 15 mins) - he clearly did not have the individual playtime session that day but they still charged me the extra $16 when we took him home. Overall my experience was horrible, I was out of town and seeing all this happen through the web camera made me cry, I would never use their service again and would not recommend anyone to do so.

Even though the prices went up sky high, I love the lady that do the grooming, she is very sweet and thoughtful and very patient with my Litle dog, my daughter found her In the street and almost run her over, she lived in the streets and can be a Litle something, the groomer is very patient with her because she knows her story.
