I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a soma store. I’d bought the wrong thing and needed to exchange. I’ve been to more than one Soma store looking for a particular product without knowing its name. No one could tell me what it was or find them for me. Trudy immediately knew what I was talking about and directed me to the product I’ve been looking for. She’s the real deal in customer service. Please give her a pat on the back for a job well done. ❤️

I was very disappointed as I had read this store was the best in the DFW area. While there were several people in the store checking out, no one spoke to me until after I had tried clothes on and was walking out of the store and was at that point welcomed to the store 🤷♀️. I had been in Albuquerque and put off buying several items so I could support my local store. This store received 2 stars because it was clean and organized which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I will have to place my order online.

I went shopping here recently and of course the selection was great as always but Kadri deserves a special shoutout. She was just so helpful and sweet. She went to the back a few times for me and checked on items I asked about. She had great suggestions and was just a big help.

Excellent service from Sandra. She helped by fitting me and providing many choices. I'm so happy to find her. Positive attitude and very warm personality. I found numerous bras that will work for me. In addition, Soma has a 60 day guarantee !! Amazing !! No regret shopping. They also have good bogo sales. The t-shirt quality is unmatched as well. Very Pleased to find Soma and Sandra at this location.

I came in about a week ago during their bra sale to get measured and buy new bras. As soon as I walked in, Kadri greeted me and helped me right away. She measured me, selected several different bras to try on, and gave me advice on how to wear a bra the correct way. I didn’t have to leave the dressing room for anything! She was very nice and helpful! This was my first bra shopping experience where I wasn’t in the store for more than an hour and still got everything I needed thanks to her!

My best friend and I received AMAZING customer service from Kadri on Saturday morning. We each tried on like 15 bras to find the right ones and Kadri was so patient and got us different styles after talking to us about what we may like. At one point, we heard her helping at least 3 different fitting rooms, getting different sizes for all 4+ of us. I cannot thank her enough for her service.
