Never heard back from them. Are they even in business any more? I tried by voice mail and email. It's a great concept but sketchy. Maybe take down the yelp posting if you can't verify! Sadly I can't use them for the party I am planning!

Booked a party at 2pm but the owner was allowing the public to come in during our paid 1 hour in half. That cut our time up it was less than 1 hour 1/2The sink was stopped up in the restroom and owner said don't use the sink. The owner allegedly forgot the drinks in her car then all of a sudden she locked her keys in the car. She forgot after telling a lie she forgot she left keys in the door.The kids didn't get to have the entire experience. Its was very unorganized and unprofessional. If the system would let me I would give this place zero stars.

Great experience with the young man that was there on Saturday at 2:00 pm on July 30. He was very patient and thorough with my 4 year old toddler and made sure we had a great experience since it was our first time ever making slime. Thank you for your patience and great customer service!

I’m not sure even where to start. The place is a huge let down when you arrive. There’s a tiny slide making station with 2 jugs of glue and 5 toppings. They do not staff enough individuals and will leave you and your child standing there churning slime for 10 minutes and then get mad at you when you accidentally put more activator. We were left alone, no one was helping us. The owner acted visibly annoyed she had to come help my 4 year old make slime. She was rude, short, cold and not helpful in the least bit and should definitely not be running a company geared towards children if you act so bothered by them.I’d spend the money to make slime in a safe spot at home. Definitely not worth it.

Awesome experience with Autumn, the owner. She personally guided my grandson through his slime making experience. She was positive and caring throughout the process . She absolutely knows what she is doing. The slime is top quality and is actually something you can take home and continue to enjoy. We will definitely go back.

Very bad experience with willow bend Plano branch! They mentioned the operation hours and I picked up my girl early from school and went there at 2:20 PM to find out they are close and when I called a girl answers and said we will open at 4 pm and I asked but your hours are from 2pm to 7pm on Monday she never even said sorry but kept saying the same thing that they will open late without any further notice! Very bad customer service and NOT PROFESSIONAL
