Savannah was AMAZING. I explained what we were looking for and she gave us all the options. The best part was her explaining the reasoning behind her suggestions. We selected our product, and can’t wait for it to arrive! We felt no pressure, and look forward to the 100 day sleep test they offer.

We had a really great experience at this sleep number Location. Andre Samuel and his staff were very welcoming and got us what we needed in a timely fashion. They provided us excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in great details. We will definitely recommend this Location!!!

Do not buy a bed here. Delivery was a disaster. Showed up hours before the delivery window without notice, tracked mud all over my carpet and they told me to clean it up myself, I paid for removal of my bed and instead they moved my old bed to another bedroom and told me to break it down and call a junk removal company, they didn’t deliver the remote and they told me to drive to the store to get another one even though my whole afternoon was full of doing their job and cleaning my floors. I called the store manager, he said he’s really sorry but there’s nothing he can do because they outsource delivery to a 3rd party deliver service so they can make extra profit. Absolutely the worst experience especially given the astronomical price they charge. Never ever buy from them, it’s a disaster.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I purchased my bed 3 years ago, I was very pleased with the sales person, Timothy W., did a great job of reviewing the available beds and helping me to decide on the one I ultimately chose. I've really enjoyed my bed especially when I finally figured out what Sleep Number worked best for me. Today I contacted the store and Hoyt was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the upholstered beds. I'll be checking in with him when I purchase mine.

Bought 200 dollars sheets for my king bed in 2021 and they already ripped with huge hole. Sleep number told me these sheets will last forever but not at all. The quality is not good at all. I tried calling customer service to see if they could replace and even went to store and no one will help me. Very disappointing.

My experience with this location has been stellar each time that I've gone in. My husband and I look younger than we are, so we have found that we get treated with less respect in most places, but both of the employees that we interacted with at this sleep number location took us very seriously. They were a joy to interact with, answered all of our questions, and were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location over others based on the competence and friendliness of their staff alone.

Hoyt really took a lot of time with us - to ensure we had the perfect pillows and sheets to enhance our sleep experience. Super nice and NO PRESSURE!

We are Sleep Number bed customers for life!! It's funny years ago hubby said he didn't want a really soft mattress, needed something a little firmer. I like a medium support with a pillow top. Turns out his sleep number is lower than mine. This means he likes a softer surface instead of more firm support. Even firm support can be softer with a good quality fluffy mattress pad. They advise that you should change the setting from time to time, so I will do that every few months just to keep it in good working order. Well, after purchasing our first bed almost 10 years ago, we have since purchased a total of 6 sleep number beds over the years (guest rooms and gifts for our kids). We also really love the plush comfort pillows. They have a variety of sales for beds, pillows and bedding all throughout the year. What I really like is that these beds really last! Conventional mattresses I've had before Sleep Number, you can tell when you need a new one. So if you feel that the cost is preventing you from purchasing one, think of the long term - they last and last. Any visit to a store has always been a pleasant experience. Their website is also a goldmine of information- quizzes, data presented in a fun manner and a way to rack up points that can be exchanged for $ off merchandise and be entered into monthly drawings.

Simply horrible customer service. The delivery men acted like they arrived at my residence and failed to contact me. Then they rescheduled my date to a time I won’t be at home without my permission. Please do not buy from Sleep Number. You’ve been warned! They take thousands of dollars from you and then treat you like a statistic.

This was my third time to purchase so it was easy. Once you sleep on one of these dreams the hardest thing is to wait for delivery. Two weeks was not bad but there is no better sleep than on a Sleep Number Bed.
