Horrible service, A tale of caution!!! I don’t usually write reviews but this office and staff compelled me to do so. I was running late for my appointment so I informed beforehand that I will be 20 mins late and they confirmed that it would be okay and I can still come in that day. I arrived, filled out my paperwork and was checked in. Afterwards a nurse comes into my room and informs me that since I was late I will be charged $175 for the consult which was otherwise free. I asked why did they not tell me this before when I called since cancelling would be cheaper $75. The nurse then straight up asked if I would prefer to leave and pay $75 instead. The office spent 30 mins deciding on how much I should pay and the doctor did not care and refused to see me. In the end the office manager came and waived the fee. For a doctor that was so concerned about her time she wasted a lot of mine. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware of this scam. This is what happens when money is more important to the provider than the patient

Dr. Tim and Dr. Fiona Wright are both amazing. I have been going to Skin MD & Beyond for years. I trust them and I have referred several people to them because they do such a great job. They take great care of their patients and they make sure their patients get the results they are looking to achieve. They will 100% take care of all of your skin care needs and their staff are fabulous too! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Fiona Wright gives me botox for my TMJ and it really helps. I've tried many other TMJ treatments but her botox works the best and provides over 90% pain relief. She is very kind and professional and works with your specific needs.

Beware of this place! I had a terrible experience. I wanted to get 3 area's treated before Christmas so this was my Christmas gift from my husband. I made an appointment with Dr. Tim because his wife didn't have any openings until after Christmas. I went in and told him what 3 areas i wanted treated (wrinkles between my eyes, on both sides of my mouth and fuller lips) and that I wanted all the wrinkles in those areas gone. We never discussed the cost which was not an issue. He treated all 3 areas and the total was almost $1,000. 1 week later there was no change in any of the areas, two weeks no change, 3 weeks no change, so I made an appointment to go back to talk to him about the areas and how there were no results. He walked in and he said "you are back for more"? I said "No, there is no change in any of the areas". He said "Well, he mixed the contents so he didn't make a mistake". I said well none of the area's (3) changed at all, they looked like they did when I walked in before Christmas. And instead of saying "Let's fix this, something must of gone wrong with the batch of Botox and Restylane I gave you, or "Let me give you a refund", he tells me my skin must be thick, thats why it didn't work. At this point I am crying because I paid $1,000 for nothing. I told him I had the same areas done in Florida 1 year ago with beautiful results. Then he says "Well you are a year older"! (i'm 62 with great skin) I was mortified! I kept telling him that there was no change in any of the areas, not even my lips! I could see maybe 1 area but all 3! And I just threw $1,000 away! I couldn't stop crying, he was so stone faced and unsympathetic like he was thinking "Are we done yet"? I kept telling him that there were no results waiting for him to say he's sorry and he would fix it. I finally get up to walk out of the room and he says, "keep an eye out on our website, we have specials all the time". Like I would ever come back!!!!! I walked out crying, I cried all the way home and it's taken me a month to write this because I still can't get his words out of my head. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unless you want to feel worse leaving then you did going in! I give this place 0 stars! You can't post this without giving it at least 1 star.

I recently bought the Age-Defying Moisturizer on line through Skin M.D. and Beyond. Great product. It spreads easily with great coverage. This moisturizer lasts all day. I've been using it for 2 years and it reduces fine lines and wrinkles and leaves my skin feeling firmer and smoother. It's the best moisturizer I've ever used.

Dr. Wright takes the time to evaluate her patients’ concerns and offer effective solution treatments. For my Secret RF sessions she makes sure the machine is calibrated to the uniqueness of my skin. Her skin products work. I have been using them for a couple of years and love them.The facilities are so nice and the staff is awesome!; very professional and cordial.

Having been a client of Dr. Fiona Wright for over 14 years I cannot rave about here artistry in keeping me looking my best! She is concerned about her patients looking natural and I have referred a number of girlfriends to her. They too think she is wonderful! So glad I was guided to her years ago.

I initially reached out to Dr Fiona Wright at the recommendation of another physician to examine a mole that needed to be removed. She didn't think I should be concerned with it possibly being cancerous and since she deals with mostly cosmetic dermatology, she referred me to a dermatological surgeon. I have since returned to Skin MD & Beyond for aesthetic treatments. The staff is always friendly, personable and helpful. Most recently my treatments have been with Addilynn. She is amazing! I have gotten to know her well enough that I really look forward to going in just so I can catch up with her. Both Addilynn and Dr. Fiona are extremely easy to discuss your concerns. I recommend reaching out for a consult.

Best rejuvenation Doctors (not just for external beauty, but for overall preventive health)! A week after implementing food intake recommended by Dr(s) Wright following a blood test, I am literally deflating and loosing weight by the hour.
