This pawn shop is genuinely fair. They aren’t out to give you a run for your money. I absolutely love the staff, especially Lee. He’s done this for along time and knows his stuff. I wouldn’t recommend any other place but this one. Even when I live far away I still will make the drive to go to Shoot and Whittle.

Walked in and nobody tried to help me. Didn't even greet me. Walked to the counter to purchase but the guy wanted to be a smart a** so I just walked out. Worst customer service. Do not recommend this place.

Years ago I had a nice .45 Government issue Colt. Got it for $1000 bucks from the gun show vendor had to make the sale so he could have money to make it home. The gun was worth upwards of $2000. I got a $500 loan on the gun because I had to go visit a friend near Corpus. I payed back most the loan had about $200 bucks to go after an extension on the on the loan, i missed a payment by one week. I had the money I just thought these folks were cooler with me than that. They sold it out from under me even afte paying more than half the loan. Felt like someone had an eye on the gun because it was really cool. Like I said its been

The owners are thieves. When I came to Texas in 2012, I was going to go shoot targets with friends and family that I was staying with. I did not want to bring firearms through an airport, so I called them and asked if I could have my firearms shipped from an FFL dealer out of state to avoid the airport hassle, and they agreed.Three firearms, a colt king cobra, a lee enfield, and a Winchester 1897 were sent. Upon going to pick my firearm up, they said I was an out of state resident and that they couldn’t sell me the guns despite no sale or transfer ever taking place and me holding the paperwork for my firearms which were presented. They then ‘sold’ my guns to my friend, for only the FFL transfer fee, though they were never the owners or possessors of the firearms and no paperwork had been filed to make it so. They effectively stole my guns and would not have sent them back to my FFL even if my friend didn’t ‘buy’ them. Selling things that aren’t yours and refusing to return them to respective owners is theft. Needless to say I let my friends keep the firearms as gifts, as I respect the law and would not have wanted this dubious transaction to be a straw purchase.

They told me my gold nugget earrings was gold plated, but when I went to a different pawn shop and got them tested. 100% real. Oh yeah it's very small and everything in there is old.

I just recently started going here. I like it. They are fair, honest, friendly.I've updated my 4 stars to 5 for a continued positive experience with this pawn shop. Great guys. I respect honesty.

I had the best experience ever in a pawnshop today. The owner Lee is a great guy very honest and his integrity is through the roof. I would recommend anyone to visit his shop. I will definitely do business there from here on out.

I have dropped in several times in recent years to see what they had in the store and on those trips I have made a few purchases. I will say that the shop is small, but they do seem to rotate inventory fairly quickly and their prices are fair, so if they have something you like, don't plan on thinking about it for a few days before making up your mind. I recently made an online purchase of the sort that requires transfer paperwork and decided to give these guys a try for that. They took care of my transfer quickly and at a great price. If you are needing a pawn shop, I recommend giving these guys a try.

Best Pawn store in Plano friendly staffLee and Lance go above and beyond for customers.They make you feel welcome when you stop in without pressuring you. All I can say is you'll have to stop in and see for yourself.
