“On September 28th, my mother and I visited the store to learn more about finding the right shoes for working out. We had the pleasure of working with Dylan, who was absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours in the store, each trying on four different styles. Dylan was incredibly patient and conducted a foot scan for both of us, educating us about the importance of proper fit for comfort, balance, and alignment during exercise. Since I’m new to working out and proper shoe fitting, Dylan took his time with both my mother and me, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. I will definitely recommend this store and Dylan to anyone on their fitness journey.”

“We experienced a death in the family and needed a suit quickly for my wife's father. After experiencing "take a number" upon walking into a nearby competitor, we came into ISW and were immediately greeted by Mo who (along with his manager Ben) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They were also very flexible and helpful with our needs with getting sizing, and getting the right suit for our loved one. It was a very positive experience and bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time, and for that we are thankful. We cannot recommend this place enough.”
“I went to prepare costumes for my child's ballet class and acro class. There were many different pretty ballet costumes, and if you asked, they explained things in detail, so I was able to choose the right size shoes.”
“Bought a pair of boots from here about 9 months ago. I had an issue with the inside of the upper on my boots getting messed up. I took them in, and they gladly replaced the pair for me and even took care of the price increase from when I bought them. Great customer service, and Carson was more than happy to give some helpful advice on picking out a jacket while I was there. Thank you to Carson and the manager that helped take care of me.”

From the moment we entered the store until the moment we walked out we were surrounded by the most upbeat, encouraging, and supportive customer service ever. The three ladies in the front of the store absolutely doted on my daughter. They nailed it on the best fit, style, and sizes for her! They lifted her up. We could visually see the confidence boost happening just from the way they were all pouring into her. Old school customer service. It truly does not get better than this store. “I read the other low star reviews and don’t understand why there are so many. I was just there. There were 4 employees that were working when I arrived. I had called in before I made the drive to check and see if they had a shoe available. They told me they would hold it until 8pm tomorrow. I arrived a few hours later. I asked if they had another pair in the same size. They didn’t. So I also got one of the last pairs in a size up as well. I had a 15% discount coupon and the employee was ok with me splitting my total between 2 cards. Asked about another shoe while I was there and he let me try the pair on. I only tried one on and realized it was a bit too snug. Employee was cool with me and my friend who accompanied me as we also asked questions about other shoes we saw. I will definitely return to this store. I had gone to the one in south lake and the one inside Grapevine Mall and didn’t find what I was looking for. Next time I won’t go as far and just stick to this location and Allen location. Employees made me feel like I was at home and were ever so helpful. Didn’t rush me on anything.”

“There were quite a few employees there. So even though there were a number of customers, I was helped within a couple of minutes. Spencer did a fantastic job using the technology and tools they have and explaining them to me. He also did a great job picking shoes that I liked, and that fit well. He did not do any kind of a hard sale on me. He offered to have me try insoles because I have a very hard arch. I tried them and loved them. Will definitely go back again and recommend this location to my friends. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to Nothin’ Bundt Cakes!! My shoes to exercise followed by delicious Bundt cakes. ???”
