Horrible service. I asked for a sample in egg shell finish for walls and they gave me satin finish. And then kept persisting that egg shell and satin finish is the same. The world is not dumb.

Had Sherwin come out for a warranty claim. Peeling paint due to paint being defective and not drying, however they can say whatever they want to not warranty it. Mike basically said we touched it while drying. Yeah Mike, we touched every single cabinet surface…. Mike likes to take advantage of elderly. Company does not not backup warranty. I’ll be buying from Benjamin Moore.

Was here twice in the last 2 days to take advantage of the April 30% off sale and purchased 10 gallons of their Emerald paint for a home re-paint. Sherwin-Willams paint is far better than what you get in a big box store. The best part of the experience is the Employees at this store who are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Came here to find some paint to touch up some walls in my apartment and was assisted by two lovely ladies behind the counter, I believe their names are Morgan and Crystal. I overheard them assisting other guests as well and both were very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive. I really want to paint my whole apartment different colors just because the service was so great! Can't wait to have a new paint project to be able to return.

I've been beyond impressed with every member of the staff here, especially Connor. He has a positive attitude and went above and beyond helping me with exchanging an previous brought gloss and picking the correct gloss. Connor was very knowledgeable, professional, and VERY patient!
