Shift manager nanes Jesse closed early. When I arrived before closing, he would not open the door and kept on doing his own thing slowly and left me shiveringin the cold. He finally came to open and told me "You should have come here by 6." I said I arrived before 6 and was was here to pick up 2 gallons of paints already reserved for me. They were the only one who had in in stock and I had to drive 10 miles. He is just inconsiderate and unkind. I wonder how he became a manager with that kind of attitude.

It's bad enough sherwin williams doesn't even really stock any real quantities of a product. To make things worse, availability for higher end products like emerald and promar 200 both of which have way too much sheen for a flat. Very dissatisfied, called to ask about a product in stock. Made them confirm about availability, then when I show up it's gone. Why should the sales reps be the only way to source products.

Jesse deserves to be promoted. I walked in the store with no idea about paints, and Jesse patiently guided me through everything I need to get my entire interior house painted.

I ordered color chips online so I could tape them to my wall and take my time choosing colors and received them in the mail a few days later. They sent a handy checklist of the supplies you need to get started. I ordered my paint and supplies online and went in the store to pickup because I forgot to buy trays (I should have double checked my list). The store was neat and clean. The two gentlemen working there were very helpful and professional. One carried my order out to my car for me. I definitely recommend this location.

I went to the Parker road store in Plano next to HWY 75. I loved that every employee was wearing a mask and masks were required of customers. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and I was served in a timely manor. All in all a very positive experience. Good Job!
