My car looked brand new after the body damage repair. Service was outstanding. I received a daily message with repair progress.The staff went out of their way to treat me with kindness and courtesy. A flower and thank you note was left on the dash board and the car was in perfect condition. Allstate recommended CarStar and I am very pleased! 5 stars plus

When you go into their office there is a sign saying "Relax, we'll take it from here." We found this to be 100 percent accurate.

Let’s start by saying the entire process was transparent and professional. I scheduled the repairs and dropped off the truck! I received updates through the entire process. The truck was returned in excellent shape. Washed, vacuumed, fresh, and a thank you note with a flower is what you can expect! Loved it ❤️
