After we paid the initial fee, Ross got the IRS transcripts for my deceased mother and then ghosted us for four months (we emailed and called for updates with no response). It’s time to sell her house and we can’t get ahold of him to settle tax issues (he’s always “out of office”). I am picking up all of my mom’s paperwork in the morning.

I've been using Mr. Shamshiri for many years now and have always been amazed how easy they make the stressful and overwhelming ordeal of taxes for me.
