horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Truck was returned to me barely running and underlying issues from an accident that they refused to fix. headlights weren't installed correctly and due to that, my passenger headlight came out driving down the highway and it broke my passenger mirror. This was from the McKinney shop, but I am writing on this shop because I got corporate involved (Chris Hayes) and this was the shop we met at. Many issues were brought to corporates attention and nothing got accomplished by it. He basically said I was making everything up and he wasn't going to do anything about it. He finally agreed to pay for a new headlight but told me that I had to install it. Then a few days later he backed out of replacing my headlight. So basically my truck got damaged from their poor installations and have no concerns or even care to take responsibility and fix it. Horrible company and corporate team. Bunch of clowns. Will never return, hope they go bankrupt.

Worst service center and customer experience.I was sent here through my insurance for repairs. After the initial repairs were finished, I had to return my vehicle because they did not address half of the damages. Upon receiving my vehicle a second time, there was interior damage that was not present originally. My only recommendation is to stay as far away from this business!

REFUSED TO GIVE CAR BACK. HAD TO CALL CORPORATE AND THREATEN TO CALL POLICE. The car was functioning fine when we dropped it off to fix dents in the side. It took them over a month and a half to get it back to us. My car rental had run out and I had to put my life on hold. After Service King failed to meet the projected finish date, all contact from their side stopped. I didn't know the status of my car or if it was even being worked on. When I called, a Covell Crosby admitted to updating the system inaccurately and failed to produce evidence that our car had been worked on despite falsely promising to do so. Every time I asked for a manager, they were mysteriously busy. I had to call corporate and start looking into getting the police involved because Covell Crosby lied about the establishment's hours and said my car was being worked on over weekends when is was NOT. (I would call on weekends and the lady at the front desk told me no one but her was there and no vehicles were being worked on.) After weeks of misinformation from Covell Crosby and still no manager to speak to, the car was finally returned AFTER threatening a police investigation. But getting it back was still a headache. Covell Crosby lied on the day of pickup about when to be there. The Uber driver was given the wrong pick up address, lighters that did NOT belong to me were left in my car, and the car was returned dirty, despite Covell Crosby claiming the delays were due to the car getting washed, which obviously was just another lie. Please NEVER take your car here. You won't see it again for a very, very long time.

I took my car to this shop which was provided by my insurance. first of all, they were late one week. Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

Took our car to the 15th and Plano Parkway location. We could not be more pleased with the work done on the car. Needed work done on bumper and side door. Car looked like new and they even vacuumed out the car. Nikki was our estimator. She kept us informed on the work progress and we received it a day earlier than estimated. She greeted me with a smile and walked me out to the car and went over all the work that had been done. The repair people really did excellent work. I highly recommended this location for repairs.

Terrible service and time management! It’s been a month and I still do not have my car. They are just replacing the antenna! Do not let your insurance company recommend them, if they do you should demand to use someone else! Every time I get a call it is to tell me there is another issue or they are waiting on something. Most frustrating experience I have ever had with any type of car company! I would give zero stars if I could! They didn’t even offer a loaner and we have been having to get by for a month with one vehicle for a family of six! We need our suv back, at this point it feels like our car is being held hostage and we have no clue when it will be returned! To top it off the receptionist gave me attitude when I tried to get answers and voiced my frustration.Service: Electrical

They were initially very nice and got info to send me an estimate. I was told I would received the estimate and never did. I wasn't able to get a hold of the manager as they kept telling me he was busy. I have yet to recieve a call back from the 4 times I have called in and still havent received to estimate.

These guys are not professional at all, and can not even get an adjustment sent to insurance company let alone manage their backlog of work or answer phones. If you are working with an insurance company and they make you go here ask for an alternative and save your self time and headacheService: Body & Trim

worst service you could possibly imagine. do not send your car here and if your insurance company recommends them, make them send you somewhere else! they have had my car for a month just to fix the antenna! I have been told consistently for a month that it should be ready soon and there is always another issue. I voiced my frustration to the receptionist and instead of trying to understand my situation she got an attitude with me. My estimator is trying to be polite and accommodating as possible but every call is an excuse or another reason why my car isn't ready. We are a family of six and were not offered a loaner suv or any other vehicle to help accommodate our situation. instead we have been getting by in a small car for a month. very unhappy with this place and would not recommend! I would give zero stars if I could.

Not on time as promised. Kept on asking for a few more days. Take several phone calls to get to the advisor for updates. Incompetent and incomplete repair jobs. Several things missing as simply as filling up the windshield fluid tank(empty when we got the SUV), lock alarm sound is not working, key access to release gear cap is missing, several places of the front body (fender,s bumper, hood, etc.) are not aligned as they was put together by non professional, oil leak on bottom, and etc. These look like they just thrown things together at the last moment to finish as they are very late. Not recommended.

Do not use this body shop Service King now Crash Champions even if your insurance company recommends it. I will notify my insurance company not to use them. When I went to pick up my car, I was handled the keys and told the car was in their parking lot. I expected to be shown to my car by the person that did the work to go over the repairs. I found my car and this is what I found. Missing is a name plate and a muller and pipe they charged for. I went back in to ask to talk to the person that did the repairs. I was told he was busy and would be with me as soon as he could. When he did not come after 20 minuets I had to leave for an appointment. I called later to make an appointment with the repair person. The lady I talked to started to put me on hold, I asked her to give my phone number to the repair person and was informed she did not like the way I was talking to her. She was the rude one and not very friendly or concerned about my issues. To get my issues solved I had to contact their Customer Loyalty department.Its sad this location cannot solve customer issues and must refer you to a loyalty department. Do not use this body shop Service King now Crash Champions even if your insurance company recommends it.

E AWARE:I took my car here because it was a referral from State Farm. Long story short got hit in wreck and it was minimum damage so they were just responsible of for checking out the damage and sending an estimate to State Farm. Janet was the mechanic handling my car.2 weeks go by and I come to pick my car up and they bring it up front left it running. Got in my car to get to a parking spot and had to return my keys to the rental place next door. Come back and my car wouldn’t start. Janet lied to my face which makes me wonder if they tampered with my car even more. She said they had no problems starting the car, they didn’t even have to drive in much, just quickly being very defensive however when I approached the gentleman and asked if they had to jump start for my car to start and he said yes it was dead. She lied to my face and still brushed it off when I confronted her about it and tried to make it seem like I confused the situation.If you’re gonna take your car here anyways just make sure you do not quickly sign that release of damaged vehicle form until you have seen that all the parts of your car are still out in and take before and after pictures!! Start your car and turn it off walk away from the car then start it again and drive it around. Cover yourself! DO NOT AIGN THE WAIVER until you’ve done so!!!

Brought my car here to get a second opinion on some body repairs. Service King explained how some of the repairs weren't truly necessary. Coming here saved me a bundle.
