Where do I even start? Kaliyah (not sure if I spelled her name right) KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! I had a few things I needed to exchange and she listened to my concerns about shade, color, texture and she got Me exactly what I needed and wanted! I was in there for like an hour just going around and working with her. The products she recommended me are fabulous and I will ONLY be returning when that queen is there!

I have been to Sephora many times but have never had such amazing assistance as I did with Neelam. She took the time to find all the right products and correct shades. She was absolutely meticulous and I would highly recommend working with Neelam at the Plano location.

Neelam is the BEST!!! She was incredibly informative and professional. I am relatively new to make up and she was very kind and patient with me. She made me feel beautiful about my dark skin :) I highly recommend her to my friends and family.
