I’ve been shopping at Sephora since I was 16 years old. I’ve been to several locations across the states but specially the locations in the DFW. I visited the location in Legacy for the second time today. I immediately regretted my decision to stop into this location. I encountered Holly who failed to speak or offer any assistance. She watched me whole time and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I noticed as other customers came into the store, they were greeted and helped immediately. I am sure it’s due to my skin color. She has no place working in customer service if she can’t accommodate people of all races. If you are going to follow me and watch my every move, at least ask if I need help finding something. I will never visit this location. I was at the Galleria location two weeks ago excellent customer service! I will be reaching out to corporate as well!!

I don’t usually post reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to say how much I appreciated my experience at this location. I’ve been having some pretty unpleasant rosacea flare ups lately and it’s been making me feel very self-conscious about my skin. I don’t know much about makeup so I went in hoping someone could point me to the best products to help cover the red patches on my cheek. Gigi took the time to try a few different colors and formulas of foundation and we ultimately landed on a great fit. I felt so much better walking into the office today.

Leena was fantastic. Unfortunately we were being assisted by another girl before her.. and she was the most COLD and rude person I met at any Sephora. 0 stars! I don’t remember her name (brunette girl) but I did make a complaint. I brought my sister (who was visiting from out of town) to finally get some quality products for face care. And the girl was extremely annoyed the whole time, we were friendly and she ignored everything we said, refused to smile and wasn’t actually helping.. so after 5 minutes of her faking to work.. I said never mind. We almost left because I had to take my sister to the airport. We chose to WAIT 30 minutes for someone else. Which turned out to be Leena! I give Leena 5 stars! She was so upbeat, spirited, smiling and really caring to help my sister find the best products for her skin and needs. My sister left happy and well-educated with a full bag of products. Phenomenal associate.

Olivia is INCREDIBLE. Bought way more than I needed because of her! She went above and beyond to color match me and show me her favorite items. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and for giving me the most incredible shopping experience!

I think it was the first time I visited this shop and I was pleasantly surprised. I got a few items that I hadn't seen in the UK. So it made my day.

Ordered a same day delivery, one of the products was the Amika Leave in Conditioner spray. The bottle was used and less than halfway full. Luckily customer service shipped me a new one at no cost. Please make sure you aren’t re selling USED hair products to customers. It is deceiving and not hygienic.

I went in there inside the store, looking for some items and the team member named Linda had great attitude and customer service and helped me find every single item that I was looking for. I have never met such a kind person with a lot of patience to help me get the right items, my experience there was great and definitely the best customer service I’ve came across. Thank you, Linda.

It's disappointing that the Sephora attendant recommended the wrong shade for Sephora compact powder, and the product is expensive and mismatched with my skin tone. I am looking darker after using product.
