Don't buy shoes as Kohls. If you need socks, fine, but anything nicer and do so at your own peril. This shoe was worn twice. TWICE!

Went in looking for a Pat McGrath product. I guess this location doesn't have a Pat McGrath counter (which is fine). But, when I finally flagged down the only employee manning the storefront they seemed bewildered and confused. I asked her if they carried Pat McGrath products. She asked me "what a Pat McGrath was." I told her it's a beauty brand. She asked me if it was makeup or skincare. I told her mainly make up. She then blinked in confusion and told me she had never heard of it before. Look, I get if you are new to the job, but you should at least attempt to look something up in the system instead of sending customers out the door because you haven't heard of a brand (which is actually quite well-known) in the make up world.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I went to this Sephora Kohl’s to return a foundation that didn’t match my skin tone. But before I came to Sephora Kohl’s I went to the “freelance” Sephora down the street. The young lady was happy to help me until she asked if this was a Sephora Kohl’s purchase which I told her yes; she told me I would need to return it at the Sephora kohls and let me know there was this one which was down the street. I go to the Sephora section and the cashier there was unable to help me. It seemed like she didn’t even bother to help me due to the fact that I didn’t have a receipt or the box the product came in. After this visit and experience I would never come shop at a Sephora kohl’s especially this one.

This is a brand new beautiful store that was freshly built for Kohl's and Sephora cosmetics. It opened on November 11, 2022. The nearby Kohl's store located at 4708 W. Spring Creek Parkway has closed. I know that most retail stores since the pandemic now usually carry less inventory on hand and it appears that this store is no exception. The sales staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful and happy to work there. That is a wonderful thing! They have wonderful mini shopping carts that can hold a child with safety straps in addition to rolling plastic baskets. I tried this new cart and it's a little bulky to maneuver especially when turning around but I enjoyed it very much over the older style canvas shopping bag/carts. They carried some well known quality brand names such as Columbia, Lands End, Haggar, Skechers and Levi's. There is now one huge fitting room in the middle of the store that is very nice and can be used by all genders. There are full length doors that lock on each dressing room and well lit mirrors inside. The handicapped dressing room was nice and spacious. I had a wonderful shopping experience here today!

Kohl’s is such a great store and the sales people are friendly and helpful. I am impressed how Kohl’s is working with outside organizations such as Amazon (returns) and has also partnered with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and they are giving a Kohl’s cash coupon for customers who join WW here at their location during the month of January. They have great sales going on as well.
