But most of all the person who help me Durrell Wilson is super helpful. I ask to see unit before signing- his response “ absolutely “ took me in their golf - showed me the unit , very clean. His personality is very welcoming and friendly. It’s so good to meet people willing to helping customers. He explained all the documents that I was signing and took the time and read important items on documents to be sure I understood, and answered questions I had. This is how business should be done .”
“I am currently storing some of my furniture in a unit here and I received a notice that my rate was going up significantly.I initially rented the unit when there was a special going on. I called the office of Extra Space and Dan was very courteous and helpful! He was able to get a huge reduction in the rate increase! I am grateful for that and for the kind and supportive service I got from Dan.”

“I rented a Public Storage unit recently in the Richardson area. I had questions about paying my rent in person at other locations closer to where I live. I was near the 2200 Avenue K location in Plano. Vanessa and Nick were there, and said some places only have the self-serve kiosks. I prefer to pay in person to a human being, and get a confirmation receipt printed out. Vanessa answered all my other questions as well when Nick was assisting another customer. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thank you both!

“A suggestion to upper management to consider is to please have the AC in the climate control units set a couple degrees cooler. I don’t think any other customers would disagree and it should be an easy fix and an instant impact to all who have indoor units by lowering it just a tad. I will say that I’m always pleased with the property manager, Sally. Sally’s friendly attitude, willingness to help and consistent great customer service is what has kept me from looking elsewhere for my storage needs. She has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Sally is also diligent about making sure customers don’t leave their unwanted belongings out and keeps the property nice and clean. Thanks Sally!”
