UPDATE:Steve called me and informed me that Asurion was to blame for all my response failures. He also contacted someone and had it corrected. Very nice man. He had told them weeks ago that the TV was not able to be fixed due to the screen being frameless but they failed to update my account with proper notes. He called them on my behalf and provided his cell number so that if they still do not hold up to their end of the bargain, he can help me get my tv replaced since that's what he told them to do 5 weeks ago.It seems the proprietor of this company is more interested in making excuses for poor customer service on his Google and yelp reviews than he is in actually answering or returning customer phone calls. If you expect updates as to the status of your repair, use someone else. This place is the epitome of unreliable and unresponsive. They'll be Johnny on the spot when you first make contact, but once they know they have you over a barrel, you're screwed. All I require is communication. I'm not even asking them to get to my repair in a certain time frame. I'm not asking that they make the impossible happen. I do expect frequent updates and full communication and disclosure. I don't believe that's too much to ask.

Had them come out through direct tv. Showed up on time. Very professional. Had the parts to fix my tv. I had the tv ready to work on and he knocked it out in no time and got me back to my day in no time ! Highly recommend for all your tv repair needs!!!

Called and had some questions. I believe it was the owner not only answered my questions but spent time explaining to me the why’s and gave me options to try. Unfortunately my tv needs repaired by a technician and I am going to use them. Great customer service!

My review seems to follow everyone else's on this business. If I could give a zero or negative star review, I would be doing so. Mine was a warranty job with LG. My TV was picked up on June 13th and finally delivered on September 23rd. Over 4 months later. There was no communication from them. The only way I heard anything is by calling them. They finally said it was ready and I was given a delivery date the beginning of August. No call, no delivery. I called back. They said the delivery guy was out sick and it would be delivered the following Friday. No call, no delivery. I called them three times the following week to pick it up on Saturday (since they can't seem to delivery to me) in Plano, an hour and a half out of my way. Answering machine only and no call back. I'm not driving out of my way and them not be there, so I began working with LG. They lied to LG and told them they have been calling us and leaving messages and we were not getting back to them, but no one has called and no messages were left for me or my husband. The service provider for LG finally called this week and said the TV repair shop would be calling on Thursday to set up an appointment time for Friday. No call Thursday and no time for Friday, but they called (oh how funny, I guess they did have my number) when they were ten minutes from my house on Friday and I was finally given back my TV. Would not recommend using.

Zero Stars! Looks like I am having the same issues as others. Direct TV sent them to me and they have had my TV over a month. I have left several messages and got one phone call back telling me my voicemail went to some sort of junk voicemail (whatever that means) and they needed to order a part. Anyway, two weeks later I finally reached someone at the store who said their system is down and would call me back and no surprise I have never received that call. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sounds like these protection plans are sending them enough business that customer care is non existent. I will let Direct TV know how bad the service is as well.

I was required to use them on the extended warranty I purchased thru WalMart (Asurion). The LED strips went out on one side of my 70 inch Vizio which was 1.5 years old. The manufacturer told me and even sent me an email saying they don't replace those and that the TV should be replaced. I sent it to Sartor and Asurion. Sartor told me they had the new parts, would pick up the tv and return repaired withing 48 hours. They picked up the TV on Tuesday at noon. By Thursday I had left 2 voicemails and none were returned. They don't answer the phone and do not return phone calls. I went over there on Friday morning and was told that the strips they got in were damaged and they could have replaced with used strips but chose not to. They were expecting a shipment in on Friday and would have the TV repaired and ready by Saturday. I received a text from Sartor at 5:04 pm on Friday that said the TV screen had a problem now and they could not repair. The warranty company would be contacting me for a replacement. I called and asked if I could pick up the TV to watch playoff football while I was waiting. I was told that I no longer owned the TV and that they would be keeping it for parts. This is a racket! I have attached several photos of the shop (notice they are standing on their side) that shows all of the TV's that this guy has that I'm sure were sent for repair and came up with the same issue. Sounds fishy to me. Now my hubby is forced to watch on a 32 inch that we have in another room. I'm reporting to BBB and the Attorney General, since this guy is a fraud. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. HE'S A CROOK!

Excellent service. Picked up and returned my TV on my schedule and kept me updated about what was being done during repairs. Quick turn around and fixed the issues.

PLEASE read these reviews, they are sooo correct! I wish I had checked Yelp! before I took my television there. They get the money for checking your tv out first then they drag you along and drag you along. They have a phone but I don't know why because they don't answer it nor do they return any calls! I'm sooo fed up with this place. I think since they do work for warranty companies then everyone else gets pushed aside. When we took the tv in he said that there were 2 different things that could be the problem which we already knew because my husband googled it. It was supposed to be fixed within 2 days because he just took in 2 tvs right before we got there. He said ours would be next and he has plenty of parts for LG tv's. Well, the next week I went in because he doesn't answer the phone or call back and he says it's some lights behind the screen. That wasn't even one of the things we talked about. And guess what... he had to order the parts because he doesn't have them. (Yes...my head IS spinning) I reminded him he said it would only take a couple of days and I don't like watching sports so I need my bedroom tv. He promised he'd put a rush on it. Well, the parts came in on Friday, he said, BUT he's busy on some other tv ahead of mine. I reminded him that he said I was next. I asked if we could just wait for it. He snapped at me saying it takes 2.5 hours just to open & close the tv. So once again he promised to have it by Monday at the latest but I raised my eyebrows (in shock) and he changed it to tomorrow morning by 11. I don't believe him one bit but seeing is believing and I'll do that tomorrow. Before we left I asked if he was going to call us or if we need to call him. He said he'll call us but I don't believe that either.

I personally don't like to write reviews regarding poor experiences but I felt that it is necessary for this company. They were outsourced through Target Service Plan Protection to come and either repair or diagnose our tv. I received a call on a Wednesday that they would be coming the following day and would call me on the way. I hadn't received a phone call by 4pm so I reached out multiple times and was told each time that they would locate the tech and call me back. They never called back. I once again called to see what was going on and they told me that they would now be coming Friday at 2pm. I gave them until 5pm and nobody called or showed up. I called them multiple times and nobody answered the phone. Nobody called saying they weren't going to make it either day and now we can't get in touch with anyone period. I do not think this is how business should be done and therefore, I do not recommend anyone give them their business no matter how small or large the job may be. They don't respect their customers or their time. Plain and simple, GO ELSEWHERE!

Technician showed promptly when he said he would. Fixed problem with TV and was very professional and competent. Could not have been more pleased with entire process from scheduling to completion of work.
