Be ready to be judged If you are returning something, especially the Hispanic lady taking the returns, was very passively aggresive, unhelpful and unpleasant to talk to, and not to forget the Arab guy checking the receipts out who was commenting with his friend that some people have a lot of guts to return stuff like this, when I said I got these for return on 02/13 2 PM. It is none if your business sir, do your job and Go home!

Exceptional service from their team. As a business owner who shops here often, they always handle our large bulk pick up orders fast, friendly and accurate. Staff always makes sure to get it right.

Based on my experience today, this Plano East club would be the place to get prepared food to poison your family. The rotisserie chicken I got was still bleeding, and when I showed the product to the so-called "fresh manager", a young lady who didn't know what is the correct cooking temperature for poultry, that disaster of a manager stated after seeing the bloody undercooked chicken "that's normal." I did ask for a general manager, but - as expected - no one was there to manage the "barely adults" playing managers, and serving fresh salmonella. See the photos and be the judge. Likely this Sam's club is among the worst of the entire chain. Although the goods about the same like what is found in other club, the careless attitude, ill-management, and poorly trained staff make all difference.

I shop at this Sam’s Club frequently. I typically use the curbside pickup for its “convenience”. These last 3-4 months have been complete chaos when using this service. The lines are generally out of control and the wait is outrageous. It would be understandable if it were multiple ppl working to get the line down. However they usually have 1-2 ppl only working the curbside. Also for some reason if you’re in a spot that’s over 10 you can’t enter it in the app. Which creates a whole different issue. ATP you have to Flagg the ppl down because how else will they know what you’re there for. Not to long ago due to the lack of staffing after waiting over 15mins my Uber had to leave me because it was taking so long for someone to bring my order out. I will say I always see this one young man Antoine almost every single time I’m there. He’s an so nice and makes sure my order is correct and packed correctly in my car. Not just thrown in there any kind of way. Although he’s working hard it needs to be more ppl working this position. Yesterday was my last time shopping with this Sam’s club. I’ll drive across town vs waiting because obviously it’s not gonna get better.

I bought muffins on Friday with a date of good through 12/17/23 & they were growing mold Monday morning 12/11/23. I'm wondering if they decided to take old muffins outdated and put a new expiration date on them. I say this because on Friday, I didn't think they were very fresh, like the ones in the past that I've purchased.

I haven't been shopping at a Sam's Club in a very long time though I have maintained my membership for the past few years. This location was new to me. I was surprised at the lack of Christmas goods. I ended up going to Wal-Mart across the street to get everything I needed. I walked out of Sam's with two items. I bought a large container of cashews and a jumbo bag of raw almonds. The one consistent thing about Sam's Club is the inexpensive gas. I did like the cleanliness of the store, but it was difficult to navigate and found myself walking a lot to locate the few items I did purchase. I wish the signage was more helpful.

I've been coming here for years. Love their scan and go. I've been using it since it came on the app, and it's the best! I wish costco and other stores offered this. It's so convenient and you pass the checkout lines quickly.My kids love scanning all the items too so I don't have to do it.Their online order and pick up is great. I loved at the beginning when we had goody bags but no more. ??Anyway, everyone here has always been nice and love their selection each season.

Overall experience was fine… My issue was with the food court. I had purchased a pack of new drinks that were displayed in the store for my kids and they wanted to drink them immediately, so I asked for two extra cups for ice only (along with our meal purchase), so they could have them cold. They refused to give me an ice cup even after I asked multiple times/ways… Felt like returning the pack of drinks just due to principle…. Insane to me

This location is clean. Organized and easy to find household and dood items. Being able to have seasonal items that seem to come and go can be a challenge. But the variety is awesome. The staff we spoke to were friendly and helped answer pertinent questions. The checkout process is likely the best in the industry. Using the app to scan items and “check yourself out” as you are shopping, is the easiest process.

I love this Sams but there is an older lady at the exit that I've noticed if you're not Caucasian, she is dry with customers. She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.

I don't typically shop at Sam's but my mama found an excellent deal on contacts and I couldn't pass it up. I went to the Optical section of the store and was immediately greeted by a smile, followed by some of the most exquisite customer service I've ever experienced with a young man named David. Not only did he find the exact sale I was talking about, he went above and beyond to give me ALL options but even found me a better deal. He even went further and found me a deal on glasses to help let my eyes rest after hearing about how much of a struggle I've had over the years with contacts. I am also in customer service and rarely do I find anyone that has the same heart as me but you can tell he truly cares about his guests/patients. After what I experienced today with David, you've gained a forever customer. He made a stressful situation easy and I appreciate his genuine kindness. Workers like him are far and few between, give that man a raise or something to make sure he knows he is appreciated but more importantly because from what I experienced today, he deserves it.

Don’t ever used the pickup and go service here! I’ve given chance after chance! I will not be renewing my membership thanks to multiple BAD pick up and go visits. Twice in the past couple of months I have had to go into the store (after placing an online order), pick out my own groceries from the shelves of pickup orders. I order online for the convenience, this service is a COMPLETE WASTE of time and money (it’s only free with the upgraded membership). From what I hear, Costco is much better. I’ll let you know next month since my membership will have expired never to be renewed!
