No women's bathroom available for an indeterminate amount of time in the middle of the day. Surely you can find a way to clean it without shutting the whole thing down. Thanks for the impetus to check out Costco.

Too many products not found. Like sweet n low, Dial antibacterial bar soap, etc. Staff could not answer as to why they are no longer carrying them. Is this a going trend?

The reason why I'm giving this Sam's club one star not because of the customer service because it's really good rather is for the two huge potholes The haves and the parking area one is so big that you went over it and didn't see it which I don't know how you could miss it you're probably break your axle

We shop here almost every week and get most of our groceries from here. I buy organic spinach here bc it tastes good and don’t smell any pesticides. Recently brand is changed to Josie’s organic baby spinach. I want to say quality and taste is not the same as before. It tastes slightly bitter. When can we expect to get previous brand back.

(Give more stars for customer service and cart situation...but I'm not sure about the restroom. I'm still terrified to go there)
I went shopping at Sam's this morning (February 27). I've noticed that there are frequently no carts accessible for customers to use. There was one employee pushed two or three carts at a time for the waiting customers. Despite the fact that it was early morning (the establishment had just been open for an hour), the restroom was filthy. The toilet paper was thrown across the seat and floor, which was really unpleasant (aka disgusting). Consider Buc-ee's to be a model of cleanliness in the restroom. I hope the issues are resolved quickly.
