Was told we could pick up an item we bought online same day as long as it was in stock, we drive almost 2 hours. Just to be told no , even though the item IS in stock...after this I will NOT be renewing my membership !!!! People need to get on same page !!!!

The only one thing that messed up our trip was that the croissants were stalle or just overcooked. Everything else was okay.

Must have membership but worth it for good prices and gas. Easy in and out. I like using the scan and go app at the gas pump. In the store to skip the checkout line using the app..

I have to take a moment to give a shout out and HUGE THANK you to the Sam’s Cafe staff. I had a rather large order for a work event and they were accommodating and professional. I had a couple of changes to make after the order was submitted and they gracefully pivoted and I got what I needed. I am so thankful and appreciative for employees like them. They made what could’ve been a stressful moment for me, very easy. They will definitely continue getting my business after this experience.

Had to return a box fan that stopped working. Great fans and still have another one working. The red box fans for industrial use push lots of air. Unfortunately they have been unavailable and out of stock for months. Got a Sam's gift card

Always nice even if the gas wait is a bit the price is worth it and grocery pickup is super convenient.
