The gas pumps really need to be addressed.-We have violators always accessing the pump from the wrong direction. This can be easily avoided by simply installing spike strips. Cars will think twice after they've gotten their tires deflated before being selfish again.-Pumps seem to randomly always be closed (a cone is placed there blocking cars from using it) and then magically opened right at opportune time when I've been waiting long time only to have someone whom just arrived take it. There's really no reason for pumps to be going down so stop it.-More workers need to be policing this area more especially for the wrong direction violaters. Or better yet, just have the worker there do his/her actual duties.

Went in to pick a few prescriptions. There was a little line but it wasn't bad. I was serviced even though one of my prescriptions this club was out of I still won't give a bad review. Everyone was helpful and polite

Sam's Club has the best roasted chicken. Sometimes I go just for that - and of course manage to find a few other essentials on my way out. After my knee replacement, I started going more often to get the chicken again because it is not only wonderful, I got in some great walking therapy! The Premier Mocha protein drink was a huge help for recovery and that mocha flavor is wonderful! I also use some of the mocha or vanilla in my coffee as it makes a good froth. The staff is very nice & helpful - just don't get in the way of the mob of older customers waiting on the freshest roast chickens to be put on the shelf!

I know,I know but it's so tasty! I made the mistake of eating no breakfast this morning, going to the gym, then driving across town to see a friend. All this with nothing to drink or eat in between. So, when I found myself by one of my favorite Sam's in the area,it was a no-brainer to get a hot dog. Not just any hot dog as those in the know, know! Could I have eaten healthier? Yes. Could I have experienced hot dog bliss otherwise? No...Ok that's enough of that. I really like this store. It's laid out differently than my usual store but, it seems to flow better and I get in and out with no Hassell. I don't get a lot at Sams but, what I do need, they always have in quantity and at a price, I want to pay.One discovery today I'm trying to remember is, the pizza looks a lot better here than other sotres. I felt like taking the entire pepperoni to go that was just pulled out of the oven and for only $8.95. Im sure ill return for one and the cheese was awesome looking too.Today I picked up a few different olive oils. Its so much cheaper to get a large container here.

Shanier Harrison with AT&T at Sam's club is the BEST!!!! Not only did he get me an amazing phone plan with great upgrades, his customer service exceeded all my expectations. He helped me with the entire process & he answered my 100 questions (literally 100)....He even responded back to me after hours to make sure i understood everything. Not many people are that passionate about their job to go above and beyond like Shanier did. I am one happy customer!!!Everyone run to Sam's Club and ask for him!!!!!!

We've shopped at Sam's for more than 20 years. We reared a large family on healthy food purchased in part from Sam's at reasonable prices. Every store of every type probably has some bum employees. We've met or two at Sam's, but most, by far, have provided great customer service. This service became exceptional during the pandemic. We like the product selection and pricing at Sam's.

I prefer Sam's Club over Costco. For one, their prices are way cheaper. The crowds are way smaller. The gas lines are way shorter. Then there are the employees: The Sam's Club employees are so much nicer! I've never had anyone offer to help me find anything at Costco but today at Sam's, I was trying to find some epsom salt and not only did Sholanda stop to help, she walked me over to the exact spot where it was located. Now that's customer service with a smile. With fewer crowds, shorter lines, and lower prices, Sam's saves me time and money. And while you can always get more money, no one has yet to find a way to get more time. Play it again, Sam.

Sam's Club on Coit is a great store with great service and great people. I've been going to this store since it opened many years ago. I've gotten great values and will continue to shop there. Do not listen to any negative reviews as these are unhappy people who are probably unhappy with their lives and they don't deserve to go to a great store like Sam's Club Plano.

The store can't help not having items in stock as seasonal items. The staff I worked with one being a 2 day trainee was honest enough to inform us he didn't know and a manager that took the time then to help us out finding out they didn't actually have anything we were looking for a friend in stock at the moment. What really destroyed our experience was the absolute rudeness the cashier gave my mother while she was checking out, that being said I decided if treatment like this is how cashier's like to show customers, it makes me glad I don't come here that often, except that I have to for certain items.

I love curbside pick up! It's a huge time saver and super easy. The employees are always friendly and my orders are always correct. I love that they don't have a minimum.

I have grown to love the fresh squeezed orange juice available at Sam's! I can't go back to store bought - name brand or otherwise after having the fresh squeezed! The fresh meats and eggs and fruits and vegetables are my go-to staples that I shop for weekly. The gas prices are usually the lowest around. I usually enjoy a variety of name brand products at Sam's Club. But then, more often than not, they will replace them with the Sam's generic brand "Member's Mark". I usually do not like the Member's Mark brand after it replaces the name brand (such is the case for the Panera Bread broccoli & cheese soup, and the spinach dip). It sometimes feels like bait and switch because you get used to buying a product you enjoy and then it's replaced with a lesser quality product, albeit at a lower cost. My son (who has a Costco membership) has had me picking up the Tattoo Chef pizzas for the past few months. But they have not been consistently available. I haven't been able to get the TC spinach pizza, only the cheese pizza's. One thing that I truly don't like is when they have these "sneaky salespeople" checking for windshield cracks while you are trying to pump gas or sales people in the store trying to sell you a home improvement. I really don't like being approached when I'm minding my own business shopping. I wish they would end this. One thing that I do enjoy during these pandemic times is that no one is hassling you to see your Sam's card on your way in to the store. How many people that don't have a membership ever try to shop there anyway? I previously was able to fill prescriptions at Sam's and my insurance recently ended the relationship so now I have to fill them elsewhere. The pharmacist's at Sam's are top notch! We always get our flu shots from Saad and he is amazing! He was on vacation this year and Elaine took equally great care of me and my husband. I always enjoy Abraham's genuine hello's and goodbye's depending upon if he is working at the entrance or exit doors.
