I had an appointment at 4:00 PM for rotation and balance. I checked in at 3:50 PM. I was told it would take between 45 minutes to an hour. I asked employees around 5:00 PM about my car and they said it was almost done. I waited another half hour. I walked to the outside of the shop at 5:30 PM to see what was going on. They promptly returned the car to me. I was not able to make it on time to a 6:00 PM personal commitment.

My regular visits to this Sam's Club gas station have been a staple in my routine since 2018, primarily due to their consistently competitive prices. On this particular occasion, the usual hustle and bustle were apparent, with multiple lines forming as customers patiently awaited their turn. While the crowded atmosphere wasn't a deterrent, the frustration arose when I observed cars that had been waiting for 15-20 minutes driving off without getting gas.Upon reaching the pump, I discovered a small piece of paper indicating an abrupt change - payments were now exclusive to the Sam's Club app. Attempting to adapt swiftly, I encountered challenges due to a weak cell signal, and it felt unfair to hold up the line while I tried to download the app. What compounded my irritation was the absence of a prominent sign providing advance notice about the new payment method. A discreet piece of paper on the pump served as the only indication, leading to an inconvenient and time-wasting experience. I got gas elsewhere. They need larger signs!

hms puts out expired food because of management. they bring in old food and change the sticker so the date is different because of the manager who runs the department. they don't know how to manage the cafe when it's busy.

Everything is appointment now. If you have an emergency with your tires, can’t get it fixed right away and can’t get it repairedelsewhere. The competitor matches the price and provides superior customer care. Not worth the hassle of purchasing from Sam’s Club Tires anymore.

The assistant manager at this location was liar. I lost my receipt and came in line to get help from one of the girl at costumer service. And then there was an girl came with one of merchandise and she talked to assistant manager for while and i and one of employee at costumer service waiting for her. The assistant manager(Veronica) turned to me and said i am sorry, i don't think can not find your receipt, maybe it take long time to find your receipt. You may have to wait long time. And she left, i went to trash can to find my receipt but couldn't find it. I came back costumer service and an employee at costumer service told me to give her my membership card, and she scanned it and came out my receipt (list of items i just bought). Why on earth did assistant manager lie to me? This is how assistant manager work? Lie lie and lie. Does she have enuf knowledge to be assistant manager? ( i don't want to bring racist card here, because she rather talk to black girl who wasn't in line than helping customer who in line and already being help. Because Veronica is black and i am asian? ) why lied?

My local Sam's Club, I was able to come in and locate most of the items I needed. I'm usually able to get in and out, sometimes there are extended lines. I appreciate the variety of fruit and vegetables available along with apparel.

For the third time in the last eight months someone at Sam's has skimmed my Visa credit card and tried to use it charging items online - the THIRD TIME. Fortunately, Chase has caught the charges and refused to allow them. You need to be extra careful charging things at Sam's, both at the gas pumps and inside the store. This is a Sam's employee who is doing this.

Sam's Club is so bogus. I rushed all the way to the gas station to get gas, at a gas station that literally has no attendants, only to not be able to get gas because they closed early for the 4th. What kind of sense does it make to close the gas station at all when you literally have no attendants to assist people at it in the first place! Came here two weeks ago at night to get gas to find out you close the pumps at 9 pm. Again what is the point when there’s no one there to work them anyway. My recommendation is to keep the gas station open all night.

Misty was rude, lazy to think for herself, displayed attitude, and had tantrums. She yanked the cart away from us and threatened to throw us out when I called her out on being unhelpful while her other associate had no issue doing what was asked.

I called 5 times and no department picked up. It rang for 20 minutes and NO ONE picked up. Don't count on them to pick up the phone. Trash customer service.
