Cute place, friendly staff, very clean and organized. Some things were a little pricey, and there were various price ranges. They had good candles, things for home, some jewelry, some handbags, clothes. There's was a bit of everything sprinkled in.

I just left this business. I didn't think too much about not being greeted when I walked in. However, after browsing for a few minutes I walked back to the front of the store and made eye contact with the clerk behind the counter. She looked straight at me for a couple of seconds and then intentionally turned her back to me. I will certainly never return to this store.

The worst customer service ever. No customer service, as no acknowledgment or greeting when entering the store or leaving (without purchase, by choice). I called the manager, Shawn, the next day and she was most apologetic and said the most basic store policy was greeting the customers. I told her this store has always been like this. I have lived in Plano a long time. I only went back in yesterday (after many weeks) as I thought the experience would be improved. No, not a bit. No look up, no greeting, clerks just chatting to each other! These clerks are grown women, not young women in training. They do not value their (ex) customers, not even a little. I do not know how they survive. Many better stores have not and they should think about that.

A nice cozy shop for all your knick knack needs. Candles and seasonal decor abound and you can always find something for that someone whose into things like Magnolia. As far as shops like it go its among the best.

This is my new favorite candle shop! Patty is serious the sweetest human being ever and she definitely made me enjoy spending $30 on smelly good stuff, $18 of that being on a candle! Awesome business and is really just the cutest. A little steep on shop prices, but it’s that kind of shop where prices would be expected. Candles are definitely worth the price. Tyler and Orleans are the best and both are sold here with big selections! Do yourself a favor and stop in. It’ll leave your house smelling great for daysss.

I finally made it here. Intended to visit the Preston Royal store but it was hit by the tornado the day before. Good location, tons of parking since it's in a strip mall. Several peopled arrived before the store opened and were waiting to get in. Surprising since it wasn't for a sale, they must have known what a great store this is. Lots of variety, plenty of local items, tons of amazing candles, some stuff for the kiddos, plenty for adults and even some tasty treats. Pick up something for yourself or a nice gift for a friend.

A gorgeous little boutique that's family run in the Dallas area. All of the ladies that work there are wonderful, kind, and always super helpful. It takes a coupld of trips to really even let it sink in just how much they have on offer, and the displays throughout the store are whimsical, detailed, and absolutely stunning. My favorite is how they display wind chimes - above the counter hung from a terrace-like structure. I could spend hours just walking around in Samplehouse, and don't tell anyone, but I have.
