Got by 2015 Subaru outback windshield replaced and cameras calibrated. Quoted 3.5 hours and was right on the mark. Large waiting room. Some sodas but didn't see diet options. Coffee machine, water machine, and bathroom available. Thanks. Went through AAA insurance for this location.

Scheduled service for back windshield replacement after twenty min of starting the project tech had glass stuck on back latch and now not able open my hatch on my vehicle and mgr did not provide solutions to fix and no follow up so needless to say window never replaced after four hours. Poor customer service and techs need to be sent out that are trained on new vehicles

I went here today to get my windshield replaced and I had a great experience! The waiting area is clean with complimentary drinks and WiFi. The TV had on the cooking channel which I loved and it was nice to not have to sit, wait and listen to the news. I actually got to watch something I enjoyed. Jackie at the front desk was so sweet, kind and helpful. The Tech who worked on my car, Garner, came out to introduce himself before starting was very professional, honest about how long it would take and patient answering my questions.The customer service here was top notch and it was actually cheaper to pay out of pocket than use my insurance. I highly recommend this location if you need a windshield replaced. I'd use them again and refer friends/family.10/10 Recommend.

Would highly recommend picking an appointment time and not just dropping off. The staff said the "drop offs" get pushed to the end of the day. My car wasnt ready til 45 min after they 'closed', and I had counted on it being done before closing. Otherwise they did a great job.

Patrick Burnham is a great service coordinator at the front desk. Helped me on two of our trucks.The Latino lady on the right. Sorry I did not get her name. Has the worst attitude. And zero customer skills. The lady with glasses was very helpful. The Latino lady should be in the back or let go. She has the worst people skills. Make your business look awful. I have a fleet of 20 cars and will not deal with her.

The only issue I had here was the online scheduling system. It completely screwed up my appointment, so when I arrived, it wasn't set up right. The staff there got me in though, and got my window fixed the same day even. I give 5 stars, because the scheduling system is not the fault of this store and they did great in remedying the situation.

Arrived 12:45, appointment scheduled at 1pm. At 157pm (after waiting over an hour), the GM Chris came out to the lobby and stated the glass they need for the vehicle is at a different warehouse. Unbelievable it took them an hour to say that! And then proceeded to explain I would not be a priority before the other guest who made an appointment yesterday, for today. Literally insane.After waiting almost 4 hours another manager comes out and said it’s going to be 3-5 hours. I have never been to a company who lacks communication! Why wouldn’t they advise the client it’s going to take over 5 hour to replace a windshield ?! Watching people who came in after me, sat in the lobby with me and watch them leave after me was extremely frustrating. No one provided an update the entire time.

Worst company ever! Everything has to be done online. You can't even get help if you have a serious issue with their workmanship. I was trying to schedule an appointment to have my windshield repaired and they kept sending me to the website and hanging up on me. When I went to the website my vehicle is too new and is not listed. How am I supposed to get a repair done? I've used them in the past and they were way over priced and did a little below average work. I'll be looking very hard for another glass company.

I recently had an encounter with Safelite that completely shattered my trust in their services and business ethics. My car's windshield suffered a minuscule windchip, barely noticeable to the point where I had to guide the camera with my thumb for it to capture the damage. Confident in Safelite's reputed proficiency, I expected a quick and efficient repair. However, my experience spiraled down into a series of unprofessional events that I feel compelled to share, urging potential customers to tread carefully.Initially, the Safelite technician, seemingly skilled and knowledgeable, assured me that if the windshield incurred further damage during the repair, I would not be responsible for any replacement costs. Comforted by this guarantee, I consented to the procedure. Unbelievably, the minor chip expanded into a significant crack under their care. True to his word, the technician promptly scheduled a replacement, reiterating that I would not bear any financial burden.The confusion and frustration began when, after leaving my car at the shop (where the staff reaffirmed the no-cost promise), I received a call informing me of an unexpected and unwelcome change: I had to pay for the replacement out of pocket. Dismayed, I returned to the shop, seeking answers and the employee who had made the initial promise. The staff hindered my attempts at clarification, falsely claiming the employee had been dismissed - a fabrication I uncovered after contacting customer service.Despite escalating the issue to higher management, the response I received was disappointingly generic, devoid of empathy, accountability, or any hint of customer appreciation. This entire ordeal starkly contradicts their guarantee and shatters any semblance of trustworthiness I formerly associated with Safelite.My takeaway from this frustrating saga? Stay clear of Safelite for windshield repairs. Their waiver, which I signed based on the technician's assurance, seems nothing more than a sly tactic to absolve themselves of responsibility, potentially incentivizing them to exacerbate issues for greater profit. This experience has eroded my trust beyond repair, ensuring I'll never return, and I advise others to be wary.The situation has left my car in an undrivable state, an outcome far worse than the tiny chip I initially sought to fix. For those considering Safelite, please proceed with caution. Save both your money and your peace of mind by seeking services that offer transparency, integrity, and genuine customer care. Attached are the before and after photos of my windshield, testament to a service gone terribly awry.

I accepted a damaged glass as a replacement from this shop. They advised they would discount $100. Unfortunately i had invoice emailed rather than getting it on the spot. No discount. I have contacted them several times now.. Each time is like the first time. They say they will send it. At this point I doubt they will. Choose a different location, or different company altogether.

I brought my car in for a small crack in the windshield, they needed to replace it because they couldn’t patch it. So far, I have been without my car for 2 full days, no phone calls on the status of my vehicle. They finally call me near the end of day 2 just to tell me they can’t calibrate it and I will need to wait an unknown amount of time for them to schedule me to try to replace it properly again. All the service reps were rude at best. Avoid this place at all costs.And if a bot replies something like “sorry about your experience visit us at (link)” to this review I will lose my mind

I had two windows replaced in the last four months. The first window I was told was a crack from debris on the roads the second window I was told it was a pressure crack, so the first technician replace the window and the window was perfect. The second technician came out, replace the window and did not tuck in the headliner into the window, he said there is a wire that holds the liner in place, which they said they were glued. I'm not sure why which was done the first time from the first technician they said due to the fact that the car was 12 years old that it wasn't there fault that the lining was falling down Because the car has 12 years but the first technician did a great job and the lining was tucked in. I sent somebody out to glue it to the roof and it is freed and looks bad I will not recommend this company again after replacing two windows twice. I think they should have taken care of the problem since they made the problem.

had windshield replace. when the tech reinstalled the windshield wipers he did it incorrectly and they wouldn't work properl. I noticed about 15 minutes after he left.Tried to contact the tech with no success. tried customer support 4 times and was out on hold for 15-20 minutes each call. I ended up fixing the problem myself.
