Andrew with Royalty insurance was fantastic! He was quick to get pricing back to me. But what I especially liked was how he reviewed my current policy ad offered suggestions. He was also extremely transparent and steered me towards what was best for me and not what gave him the most commission. I saved nearly $1,200/yr on car insurance. I highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My insurance price doubled without warning before my renewal. I did not receive 1 phone call or email explaining this prior. I called a week ago and the explanation given was they were not aware but would run my information through multiple policies again. I have yet to receive a call or email. This is not the first time I have had trouble receiving a call back or email. There is always a lack in communication. I stayed with Royalty hoping things would improve but it may be time to move on.

Hi Royalty Insurance, let's talk about my interaction with a Royalty Agent.
I spoke with Skylar, regarding insurance estimates for our cars and home. Skylar assured me, she would compare 10 to 12 companies to find the best policies. She said, it may take 48 hours, but I will do the research and get back to you. Less than 48 hours later, Skylar, sent an email and let me know, my current policy as it stands, is the best. She provided me, with two additional estimates to consider. Skylar, was very professional and considerate of my time. She is honest, provides timely information, thoroughness of completion, and a willingness to talk again in 14 days. Skylar, provided the very best analysis, of the four agencies I called. This woman is excellent at her job. Thank you Skylar!!!

I don't usually write reviews unless I really have a bad experience and rarely when the experience is good. This is one of those times where the team deserves all the accolades. I needed a car insurance quote given that Lemonade had upped my premium by 60% and were not very supportive. Andrew an awesome from the word go. He requested 24 hours but was back within a couple when I requested I needed a quick TAT as I was traveling on business the next day. He was able to find me a quote with almost the same benefits at extremely competitive prices. Im glad that I decided to read the reviews and reach out to this team. Thank you Andrew and team Royalty.
